Chose this as a new place for my birthday and now it's a forever favorite! Delicious cider options, scrumptious sandwiches, and savory soup/salads. The service was personable, professional, and just overall great. Being from a bigger city, I wish we had a place like this but then I imagine it wouldn't have all the charm that it has now. Thank you for being open - I look forward to our next visit.

Upscale cafe dining at such reasonable prices in downtown Palisade, renowned as a fruit and wine mecca. We both had the Soup du jour & Salad combo and it was freaking delicious! Cider Cheese Soup is thick with savory sauce, potatoes and slices of sausage in a generous cup serving. French-style frisée mixed greens salad was tossed with a delicate cider-based dressing, tomatoes, red onion and feta; also a generous portion. Attentive, friendly server and tons of sun thru the giant windows rounded out our lunch. Only tiny complaint was it was roasting-hot with all the sunny windows but our server offered to turn on a fan! (Who even does that? So nice) I don't drink alcohol so skipped the hard cider, but this boogie-rustic bistro is a place we'll visit again.

I consider this the best breakfast place in the Grand Valley! I've never had a less than stellar meal, service or experience. If you're coming off of I-70 east or west and hungry, dine at 13° Brix in Palisade, Colorado! Family owned and operated by delightful, cordial folks. Staff is always polite and ready at the ask. Chef A. knows what tastes great and how to pair it with their unique cider creations. Just tried the raspberry/rose...wow, what a flavor burst!! And ask about their winery just down the road. They work hard to please their customers and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. ENJOY!

We stopped by on an off-season afternoon and enjoyed a flight of fantastic ciders. The business was quiet, but I suspect that was just a time of year thing because the ciders are awesome. The owner spent a good 20 minutes talking with us about the area, the town, his business, his ciders, and the farmers' market in the summer.

I can't say enough good about this business. What a special afternoon.

I’m not a cider expert, but I enjoy trying them from time to time. While I haven’t found many ciders in Colorado that I love, the flight I ordered at Brix Cider Bistro completely exceeded my expectations. I tried the pear, peach, and cherry ciders—all were fantastic! They weren’t overly sweet, allowing the fruit flavors to truly shine.

I’ve been wanting to visit after outdoor activities in the Grand Valley, and I’m glad I finally stopped by. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming. I also learned that they’ve recently started serving BBQ on weekends and have extended evening hours, which makes it an even better spot to unwind after a day outdoors. I’ll definitely be back!

Kristin and Andy took great care of us! The service was very fun and lighthearted. The cider was amazing and the mashed potatoes and gravy are to die for!! Every time I'm in town I'm definitely coming back!

OMG!!! Where do I start?!? The greeting was energetic & very welcoming! The food was absolutely AHHHHH-MAZING!! Very filling & portions are perfect! Try the wines, apparently it's part of the family business. The Ciders are Andy's & are flavorful, try a "flight" so you're not torn on which to try 1st. Service is SPOT ON! If you try a chocolate croissant, it takes 15 min, that means they make them to order! Totally worth the wait! Bon appetit!

I recently visited this lovely family-owned cider & bistro, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the owner and staff, who were all friendly and attentive.

I ordered the Reuben sandwich, and it was outstanding! The prosciutto-corned beef was awesome, the sauerkraut had just the right amount of coriander and spice on the toast, and the cheese was perfectly melted on deliciously toasted bread. Easily one of the best Reubens I've had! I was told the 1000-Island is made in-house. I had the French Onion soup with it and that was great too. Wow tasty!

The cider selection was tasty, with a variety of flavors to choose from. We did a flight of three. They were sold-out of the Blueberry-Lavender cider but still had four other options. The staff helped me find a new favorite, and I appreciated their recommendations.

Overall, this is a wonderful place with delicious food, a friendly atmosphere, and a great team. If you're in Palisade, definitely stop by for a meal and some cider.
