I cannot say enough amazing things about Amanda. I started seeing her after my hair stylist of 14 years retired. I have very challenging hair. Wow! She is amazing. She always listens to what you want, and she has the best suggestions. I have no idea how she makes my mop of hair look beautiful!!!

I am very selective about who I will trust with my hair coloring, styling and cuts. This salon has excellent stylists, I have experienced the outstanding skills of Amanda and Jillian on different occaisions without 'hair trauma'. My hair grows out holding it's shape because they have been trained to cut using the French Cutting technique and all of my layers are literally seamless. The brands of color they each use are the best available and cause ZERO irritation to my sensitive scalp. This salon uses ORIBE products in the back bar which happen to be what I use at home. These products are gluten free and smell amazing, but the best part is how healthy my hair feels and looks. My hair has had color and balayage, but always looks very natural as per my request. The pricing is by far not the cheapest place in the area, but you will get what you pay for and while you are there, you may enjoy a sparkling water or nice cappuccino and a wonderful conditioning scalp massage. You will leave smiling, and feeling so great with an up to date style on beautifully refreshed healthier hair. I highly recommend that you try the stylists at 2nd Nature Hair Lounge.

Amanda is a profoundly skilled magician of hair color and cutting perfection. Her technique with balayage layers the colors so naturally. I don’t even notice my hair has grown out after two months because the color is so seamless and the cut so timeless. I could not recommend Amanda and 2nd Nature Hair Lounge more enthusiastically. Go! Amanda is amazing! I got a cut and belyage. She took her time doing the color like a professional artist. Literally was the best my hair has ever looked. She is very focused and very talented. It’s the best feeling to leave a hair appointment with exactly what you were envisioning !!

Amanda has an amazing skill set with hand painted balayage and with her style of haircuts. I have verrrry thick and course hair with a lot of layers. It’s been a struggle for me to find someone that knows how to handle my hair type and Amanda knows what she is doing! She keeps it real with what she can accomplish in one session and is very good at communicating. I recently moved from Boulder to Denver and plan to make the drive to see Amanda to get my hair done.

Amanda is truly making magic! From the moment you walk into the salon you are surrounded by comfort and beauty. I came in looking for a refresh and to feel more like “me.” Amanda took her time talking with me about my hair journey and what I was looking for in my cut and balayage. She is such an expert and truly an artist at what she does. I had balayage before, but not like this; it looks so perfectly sun kissed and she literally paints it on, no foil, only finesse and mastery.
