I recently had the pleasure of dining at 357 Reloaded, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. With an average cost of $10-$20 per person, this restaurant offers excellent value and quality for the price point. I couldn't help but be amazed by the mouthwatering burger I ordered—it was simply outstanding!

One highlight of the evening was the honey mustard chicken, which my guests found to be a truly delicious recipe. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish left us thoroughly satisfied.

However, I do have to deduct a star for a few minor shortcomings. The mac and cheese was not up to par, as its quality fell short of the other dishes. Additionally, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expected, which slightly dampened the overall experience. Moreover, I encountered a few bugs during my visit, which could be addressed to ensure a more pleasant dining environment.

Considering the affordable price range, 357 Reloaded is still a fantastic choice. But if you're looking for a flawless dining experience, there are other options in town within a similar price range still in ($10-$20) that is better. Nonetheless, the restaurant's great value, amazing burger, and delightful honey mustard chicken make it a worthwhile visit for those seeking a tasty meal without breaking the bank.

This place was very disappointing the mash potatoes were questionable and I could not eat them and the bacon in top was very hard not a bacon texture. The fries and chicken strips were okay the sauce was very weird the ranch wS almost spicy? And the BBQ didn't taste like BBQ. The buns on the burger were thin and soggy the service was very off the staff were almost clueless I felt and our server wasn't good at talking to us overall I would not recommend this place to anyone go anywhere else.

Good-sized portions, adorable, friendly server Angelina was attentive and communicative, and numerous TV screens featured something for everyone including tennis, basketball and rodeo. They serve brunch until 2 p.m., which is convenient when coming back from a weekend road trip. And about those tasty mimosas? 😋🍊🍾

I recently had the misfortune of dining at 357 Reloaded, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered.

-Food Quality: A Major Letdown

To start, the food was way below standard. I genuinely went in with no explanations and was still let down. I ordered the wings, which were priced at an outrageous $16 for just 10 wings. Unfortunately, they did not live up to even the most basic expectations. They were undercooked and lacked flavor, making them a complete waste of money.

I also tried the Reuben sandwich, which was equally disappointing. The bread was soggy and unappetizing, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality meal.

-Service: Clueless Staff

The service did not help improve my experience. The staff seemed completely clueless and unable to answer even simple questions about the menu. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything else, leaving us feeling neglected throughout our meal. It felt like they were more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. This lack of attention made the dining experience even more frustrating.

-Unpleasant Surprise: Credit Card Processing Fee

To add insult to injury, I noticed a credit card processing fee on my bill that was not posted anywhere in the restaurant. When I politely asked the manager if this could be removed, they threw a fit instead of addressing my concern professionally. This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. When I expressed my concerns about both the food and service, I was met with rudeness that was truly shocking. Instead of addressing my complaints with professionalism or empathy, they dismissed my feedback outright. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that charges premium prices.

-Conclusion: Avoid at All Costs

Overall, my visit to 357 Reloaded was a complete disappointment from start to finish. With terrible food, clueless staff, an unexpected credit card fee that wasn't disclosed anywhere, and a rude manager, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and seek out a place that values its customers and serves quality food.

I guess this place has decided customers should now bear the cost of the processing fee for running a credit card to pay their bill. I really couldn’t believe my eyes. Just think people should have a heads up. Hey if you wanna pay with your card we are gonna charge you the fee, because we are done paying it. Hope you bring cash.

Our first time in and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered hamburgers and chicken wings. The hamburgers were fresh and delicious, the wings were huge and cooked perfectly. The service was great as well. They genuinely seemed to care about our experience.

Food was ok but service sucked. During service the tables weren’t the cleanest and our waters were only topped off once. Once the bills came we asked about the credit card processing fee and asked if it could be removed or the meal discounted the 3% since we weren’t aware of it until we got the bill. Waiter wasn’t sure so she got the manager. Manager was not friendly about it and told all 4 of us not to come back after discounting the meal.
