Having participated in 3-5 over the past 7 years and to be honest I have not been the best pupil in the class but without this community I'm not sure I would have survived through all the growing pains, doubts and frustrations business throws at us. The one key tool that has probably helped our business grow and flourish is the Strategic Plan. I have never had a problem with the traditional method of setting goals or in fact visualising the rewards but somehow that's never served me well. The Strategic Plan is a living and breathing document that relates to my business 'where I am" and I review, rewrite and update on a monthly basis, this is what keep's me on track to stay focussed on the end goal and sometimes that even changes, which is also ok as I know it keeps me on track. As for the team, from Chuck Blakeman himself to John Heenan here in Belfast, I can say that knowing I have someone to talk to when I really don't know what to do has been priceless. 3-5 has served my business like no book, audio, mentor or even AI.
