My husband and I had our wedding at Tivoli on July 14th. Choosing this venue was absolutely the right decision. We received endless compliments from our guests about how stunning the property is. With so many beautiful spots for photos, it was a challenge to narrow down locations for portraits. The venue is naturally beautiful so we didn’t need to add much decor, which was a huge bonus.

The staff at Tivoli were exceptional. Our coordinator, April, was incredibly organized, patient, and supportive throughout planning and on our wedding day. Our day-of bridal consultant, Kristina, was amazing- she anticipated our needs and ensured we were well taken care of. Additionally, the person setting up our decor was very accommodating when we made a last-minute change to our ceremony seating. Several guests told us how much they enjoyed the bartender- I wish we could remember his name.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the timing. Tivoli has a hard cut-off at 10:00 pm, which made the end of the night feel a bit abrupt. Our guests were eager to continue celebrating and dancing.

Despite this, our experience at Tivoli was fantastic, and I highly recommend it as a wedding venue!

Our wedding day was truly magical and my husband & I couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Tivoli. Our coordinator Rachel was so helpful every step of the way and our day of assistant, Christina, was the sweetest and super attentive. The venue is breathtaking and the decor, food, bartenders, ambiance is just amazing. I can’t say enough good things! All of our guests loved our venue and had nothing but great things to share with us.

It was a nice venue. Attended as a guest so I'm not sure the price. I think the only complaints are: you can easily hear the highway from the venue and the food they served just wasn't that good. Sweet potato ravioli tasted like it was very frozen, chicken was dry, no 2nds of the dishes, and vegetables were not nurtrient dense. Other than that, it was a perfect place and staff was amazing.

My HUSBAND and I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Tivoli and with the Trademark Venues Team. We were engaged in July of 2023 and hit the ground running with wedding planning. We were married last Saturday, February 17, 2024. Stephanie was our assigned coordinator through TMV and she made the wedding planning process so smooth. She was answered any and all questions we had and had us leaving every meeting feeling good about where we stood in the planning process. She let us know everything that was our responsibility vs their’s vs our vendor’s down to the number of each type of candle and votive we needed for the reception. Day of, Stephanie and our bridal assistant Kristina, kept us updated with what the plan was next, while at the same time, making sure we were given the flexibility to enjoy our day as we wanted. They made sure to keep our bridal party and parents updated and even had time to speak to each of them and make sure they knew how important they were to us! On top of all of this, the decor and grounds were immaculate and something out of a magazine! When I say that we walked into Tivoli and were in awe, that is an understatement. The ceremony, cocktail and reception areas were decorated in a way that we could only dream of! Each of the staff members were amazing and so fun! Everything was absolutely perfect and it was truly the most magical day ever!

Very nice facility. I attended a wedding with about 130 guests. . Seemed like all outdoor facilities, but with trees, tents and screens for shade during the day. Beautifully lit at night. Good food served family style for us.

As a wedding videographer, I've done a few weddings here, and I absolutely love shooting at this place. Every one of my couples has had a great time here, and we always get the best shots! This venue has such a relaxed and open vibe, it's easy to navigate, and everything is so confined to a convenient space. I always look forward to creating amazing films with the footage I get here, and can't wait to be back soon!

Let me start by saying we had an absolutely fantastic wedding at Tivoli in April 2023! The venue is stunning and truly unique to Southern California. We got so many compliments from guests about the gorgeous grounds and amenities. And that's why we picked it-- the gardens, desert botanicals, mountain views, the villa, the salon, the piazza-- it felt like a dynamic experience. Trademark, the venue company, is a powerhouse and they know how to throw weddings. I appreciated this because they had a lot of amenities (free decor to use) and expertise that other venues did not. Our assigned coordinator Jenna was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed working with her. She executed our decor and timeline exactly how I had planned it. You are required to use Trademark's planners (they come with limited support) and are not allowed to bring in outside planners. I had no idea about wedding planning and I felt a little bit in the dark as I started planning and wished I had a checklist guide or place to start from.

All this said, there are a few things that could have made the day EVEN better and I think they are worth mentioning for future couples.

1. Venue hours. Bridal party cannot arrive to venue day of until 11am and groomsmen not until 2:30pm. These restraints are hugely problematic for the bridal party wanting to use the chateau and salon to get ready. We had to get ready at my Airbnb and then transfer at 11am to the venue. Hair and makeup artists charge a transfer fee for this type of situation. And it's a waste of time in the middle of the day.

2. Ceremony lighting. Ceremony's at Tivoli take place under a huge old oak tree which is beautiful, but casts shadows on the bridal party's faces. If it is a sunny day (which you hope for) know that your professional photos will have patchy light on faces and you will have shadows throughout the images. I love my wedding photos, but the ones of my ceremony are my least favorite and that's a bummer for me. Prior to the event I asked Trademark for solutions to this lighting issue, but was presented none.

3. The food. You are required to use Trademarks catering company and the food is fine, it's nice, there are a lot of options to choose from. But if you are a foodie and food is your #1 priority for your wedding you might want to reconsider a Trademark venue. For me, food was not our #1 and we knew going into it that we had to use their catering company and we were okay with it.

I've photographed many weddings at Tivoli and everytime is better than the last! Not only is the venue a photographer's DREAM, but the trademark staff always treats the vendors with respect and help to make the day run smoothly.

Some of my favorite things about this venue:

- my couples can include their fur baby
- the getting ready spaces for both Bride and Groom are so chic
- Plenty of different spots for photos

Can't wait to shoot more weddings there this year! I highly recommend this venue if you want an Italian villa vibe for your wedding here in Southern California
