The Peak is a nice venue with good food at a good value. They have a nice view in the back of the creek, it can get buggy, but it’s very relaxing. We had the fish tacos, burger and wings, everything was very tasty. You can also get access to the pool and pickleball courts for a small fee.

The Peak located in the Tahquitz pines retreat is open to the public. Gorgeous views, outdoor patio deck surrounded by trees, a full bar with beer and wines. But the Pinnacle, is the food. "I need to stop, I'm so full, it's so good." Words rang true as I finally put my burger down. A simple menu ranging from small plates for the peckish, burgers and sandwiches for lunch, steak and salmon for dinner. We had the pulled pork and the peak burger. Absolutely would recommend and with the burger don't worry about the jalapeno remoulade, it's all flavour and not much burn
Staff is very friendly and attentive. Parking is easy but be warned the roads are on the steep side in some areas. The bar top has tvs and the atmosphere is a place for friends to gather. It's worth a try if you're in the area but a definite must if you stay on these gorgeous grounds

Disappointed… called to order room service from our resort and found out they no longer offered it. We did ask for take out and they directed us to come up to the restaurant to order. We walked up to the restaurant, and ordered. The man taking our order was very rude and when asked questions about what the dinner came with he would roll his eyes and then answered it’s on the menu. We had ordered the Dinner Entree of Lemon Chicken. Once we had arrived back to the room we came to find out that it did not include any fries. It was a small oily greasy slab of thin sliced chicken bread in some cheesy sauce. Pretty expensive to spend $20 on just a thin chicken breast with no sides. When we had called to clarify if that was correct, he had stated they were busy and if we wanted to reorder we could come back. felt very disappointed with this restaurant. Go to the Lumber Mill much better!!!

My husband came here for the first time this past Tuesday. We came early, there was only one other couple in the restaurant, and it was lovely. We sat at the bar and Raul, I cannot say enough good things about your service, your hospitality, and your kind persona. Not only was our food (Alfredo with chicken, and the peak burger) absolutely phenomenal, but the presentation was very eye pleasing. Big hats off to your chefs working that evening. We had such a good experience we came back the next night (live music, with an ugly Christmas sweater party) and the experience again was 100. I appreciate the server who went through great lengths to find me a wine I would enjoy and now I have a new favorite. Y'all do a really impressive job here and the atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a cozy comfortable restaurant. We look forward to our next adventure over to your breathtaking property and mouth watering restaurant. Thank you

Flavorless Bone in Rib Eye and they cut the spinalis off, no char and sitting in a oil bath. Put my plate on a angle to get the steak out of the oil bath. Got here early and waited for dinner and I was very disappointed. 9/28/24 3:00.
Everything was PAR overall.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here for fine dining experience.

Excellent BBQ with delicious sides and meats!

You pay for the protein and get all-you-can-eat sides. Delicious food, excellent atmosphere, and friendly service. Located inside Tahquitz Pines Retreat. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the coconut shrimp and their version of a Bloody Mary. Delicious.
Karen, our server, was on top of everything and provided excellent service.
