This place is a rare find. The food is exquisite and so much care has been put in the menu. My nephew has health issues, and this is the first place that he could choose anything on the menu. I recommend the pastrami, the burgers, the hand pie, and the pesto. We were so excited by the menu I think it took 20 minutes to order! Thank you so much Payton! She was extremely patient and spent time talking to us about the restaurant’s vision and the food. She was so wonderful!! Kudos to Hopland!

Great spot. Modern and chic. Kid friendly. We have an infant, and the chef made a plate of carrots for our little one. Wine selection is better than beer. Chicken pot pie was delicious as well as Ruben sandwich.

Did not originally plan to find here but glad we did! Remarkable beverages and food menu. From appetizers to dessert, everything was A-plus. Our server was superlative and made the experience even more delightful.

My girlfriend and I stopped for lunch last Sunday and had a great experience! She got the sliders and a honey cider and I got the Reuben. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced (for the area). We sat at the bar and chatted with the two on duty, who were both super friendly and took great care of us. For dessert, we loved the amaretto cake (get it with a scoop of vanilla) and their spin on a White Russian with cinnamon.

Thank you, Payton, for taking care of us that day. We loved talking with you and watching you make all those gorgeous drinks. You were wonderful!

Food was fresh, flavorful with a wonderful presentation. Drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was a little cold and had some echoes from the place being busy.

Food choices at the top: brussel sprouts (ask for a salt shaker for a tiny bit more salt), white bean soup (ordered three nights in a row!), pork schnitzel was perfectly matched with the bun. Fries with the slider and burger could not have been better. Cole slaw was not too sweet, not overly wet or creamy-perfect as a side if your trainer is going to notice the fries. Desserts are designed to be shared so be thoughtful or get a to go box.

Staying in the area, we stumbled by here hoping it would be solid. Three nights of dinners later we did not want to risk the chance that another place within driving distance could possibly be as good. We come from a big city, so the prices were a bargain especially with the great quality of the food and super friendly service.
