The Liberal Bull is a best kept secret in loomis. Every hour is happy hour with a speakeasy vibe. This is a great date spot. The drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is cozy. Order at the bar and then find a booth to get to know each other better. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Super fun dive bar! If the bartender doesn't know you, good luck getting a drink, but other than that, it's great! They have a really cool machine in the ladies room with funny little jokes & toys. We bought every single one.

I love this place for so many reasons. Good service, great for people watching and no expectations. If you need a shot of whiskey and you need to be left alone...this is your place.

Really nice hole-in-the-wall sort of place with fairly inexpensive drinks. This place stays open when other bars are closing up so this is a great place to stay all night. Only criticism I have is the music is mostly country, but hey, we're in Loomis.

Visit on a Saturday night for the best experience here. Saturday's you get karaoke and the best damn bartender ever!! Deanna is fast, friendly, always has a smile on her face and she can get down on the karaoke machine!
