Estamos en un peligro latente entran y salen los indígentes roban quiebran los vidrios de los carros y encima los de la grúa sólo están esperando para llevarse los carros y cobrarnos unas multas exageradas y encima solo en efectivo ni porque pagamos una renta exagerada ni aún así podemos vivir tranquilos estamos en medio de tremendo vandalismo y ladrones y los que se supone que nos cuiden pareciera que se hacen de la vista gorda los de la oficina deberían hacer bien su trabajo

This place is a huge joke and was a waste of our time. Here goes: They were away from the desk when we first arrived so we grabbed a bite to eat then came back at the time listed on the door. First, the lady had poor attitude and horrible customer service. It seemed like we were a huge inconvenience for her to show around. I understand we didn't have an appointment, so she booked us one for 3 PM. My wife noticed the poor attitude and I thought well maybe we caught her at a bad time and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.

So we left and came back at 3 PM. Upon our return there was no parking available as there's only 1 spot outside the gate for visitor/future residents parking. A sign showed additional spots inside the gate and we found a maintenance guy who advised those spots were also all full and that there was really no where else to park. So this already told us that parking was an issue here.

So about 3:10 PM rolls around and the lady who was going to assist us is finishing up with another couple who she seemed to like and have good customer service with. There was a UPS paper on the door which I handed off to her and advised it seemed like they missed a delivery and she just sort of ignored me. It seemed to go from good customer service to poor service fast. Not sure if it's because she may be prejudice against me and my wife for being Mexican or LGBTQ+ or what but I definitely did not feel comfortable with the shift in energy this lady was portraying. I had gone to 3 other properties today all with great service and this was the only one where I felt highly unwelcome.

My wife and I sat down and I provided my ID and then she asked for my wife's ID too. We then realized she left it in our other car and the lady advised she would not be able to come see the unit without her ID. I then stated well that's rather pointless to see it without her and asked if she could show her a photo of her ID and/or passport and the lady said that wouldn't work. So needless to say, it was a waste of our time... what's upsetting is she could have let us know when we were there 2 hours earlier about both of us needing to show ID. The previous properties I viewed only asked me to show ID and even gave us keys to go view the apartments on our own and return the keys accordingly.

The only good thing I can say is I'm happy this happened now because it's just a sign that this property is not the place to be for me and my family. It's unfortunate and sad how we were treated and I hope something is done by management to fix the poor attitude and customer service displaced by their staff. I wish I could recall the lady's name, all I know is she has her own office so she must be some type of manager or something. How to become a manager with her demeanor is beyond me but it is what it is. Best of luck if you're considering this property. Was a waste of our time.

We have lived here for almost a year and have had a positive experience. The management team has been helpful and responsive, the apartments are in great condition, and we have had no issues as far as Lincoln Village are concerned. My only piece of advice is to keep garages closed at all times, no matter how little amount of time you plan on being away.

Do you sell a favorite and please read the review? This is an awful place to move in. They tell you one thing they tell you one month free and it’s natural when you sign everything they say no we gonna charge you for half of the rent they did to me the other thing is that charge you for trash when you throw the trash they charge twice for trash $30 to pick it up from home which is they never do and then on top of another $10 For the big trash to take it out parking they tell you that it’s parking. My car was tall when they gave me a parking number and they gave another people. The same parking number is a nightmare after two months moving out because in the aggravation, it’s horrible. Do not move from this place do not management the lady think that she , walking in and always pretend to be busy when she doesn’t do anything

Lived here just under 2 months. They told us we get one parking stall and a garage. They have moved our assigned parking 5 times. They now say we have to pay $95 a month for a parking stall. They never disclosed this when we toured the place and when I asked. They said parking stall is included. I worry they have us park in a spot assigned to someone and we get towed. Abby is rude and condescending on the phone. I’m tired of having our parking stall reassigned if they can’t extort the money from us. They even had the nerve to say we can park across the street in a shopping center with clear signage there that they will tow non customers vehicles.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT MOVE HERE. Used to be decent. Now its bad. A lot of people smoking management does not care. Many people racing through the parking lots. Absolutely no where to park if you get visitors. It is ghetto town here now. Also a lot of homeless going through the trash cans.

Since April a new property management company has taken over and so far a few things have changed mostly good, the office has been a bit more responsive and nice, shout out to maintenance it seems like the community is being taken care of a lot better now. I always see someone early in the morning walking and picking up trash I haven't had to ask for any maintenance but he seems very productive hopefully they stick around.

I absolutely love Lincoln Village Apartments! The property is clean. The apartments are very nice, and Abby (the apartment manager) is absolutely amazing. She has helped me greatly, and she helped make my stay here even better. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, go speak with Abby she will definitely help you out!!!
