I am SO GRATEFUL for this service. I had done my daughter's hair throughly, or so I thought, and the lice came back. I used home remedies as well as the store bought kits. After it came back, I decided to call No Nits to get professional help. Dixie came out the same day at my last minute request and saved the day. It took an hour to clean through my daughter's hair. She showed me what had came back and informed me what it was that I needed to do for the follow up care. She was polite, understanding, and overall extremley professional in her approach. I am very confident that her service works along with the follow up care she informed me to do. I am very happy with her service and feel that my money was well spent. Dixie came and saved us on a Sunday evening! My daughter has VERY long hair and she made it look like a piece of cake!
