The people who work here are very friendly. As in "I've known you awhile", even though I was in there the first time.
But the lighting is horrible. Don't go here to watch any of their many televisions. They have bare bulbs hanging down on wires blocking the televisions and causing glare if you want to watch a different one.
I found one table, just one, that had a clear view of one television. And it was a two top. ☹️

1st and last time here. One of our Plumas St stops on our journey to try every restaurant down Plumas st and have to say this one is our least favorite so far. We always try a few different dishes to see what we like, the fish & chips was more chips than fish and too greasy, the wings were dry, and not very flavourful, samosa had good flavor but too greasy. Tried a Scottish egg for the first and have to say now I know I don't like them. ? Seems to be a place more for drinking and socializing. Has good happy hour choices. Small place with lots of TVs to watch and games. The staff was amazing....Chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Another reason why we wouldn't go back. These are just the opinions of two people.
We rate each resturant with ? for mmm or a ? for meh. Sorry but this one gets a ? meh for the food.

My favorite Irish pub in Yuba. The distinctive pour-from-the-bottom beer taps give a perfect pour without too much head, quickly every time. Good food, including Reubens and samosas and shepherd's pie. The chicken wings have some exciting flavors you won't find anywhere else. Good TV viewing and great service. No complaints.

Well this place was great because they actually had irish food, but we just came in the Friday before St Patricks day 2024 and they discontinued the real stuff! I mean, why not keep it for the month of the biggest irish drinking and food day! Unfortunately we only came here for the irish food, not the standard bar fair. Sorry to the great server with the great service and great irish beard. He keeps this place functioning well. We waited almost 30 minutes for wings and fries when no other customers were eating. I really don't understand how this place has gone downhill so fast.

The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is relaxing and the Wait staff was friendly, pleasant and enjoyable. We never had to wait on drinks. Our food came out hot and timely.
The facility is new so it is very clean and inviting. The tap beer is on a fill from the bottom system this reducing the waist and foam. Plenty of TV monitors for entertainment.
I will be going again. I highly recommend giving Plumas Street Pub and Grill anytime.

Brea was a good server. She forgot to bring another beer over so she comped it off the bill for us. Wings and fried pickles were great. Mixed drinks were great. I'm definitely going to include this place in my rotation of places to come to more often. Prices were very affordable, especially during happy hour.
