I'm sorry, this is the kind of food they serve at Campsites in Yosemite And here I was thinking I'd be snacking on hot dogs and granola bars all weekend. What a delicious meal to have in the middle of a national park! I was blown away by the complexity of textures and flavors in this dish for the affordable price of $15.50. Highly recommend checking out Bar 1899 if you're ever onsite!

This is inside the 7 Tents Pavilion, so you may end up in cafeteria seating, but it has a few tables inside the bar itself too. Servers will bring you your food when it's ready and beer is served immediately.

Cold food, server was terrible.

I ordered a kids burger to go for my daughter after a hike. Waited 20 minutes outside and decided to come in to wait. A waiter with long hair and a bandana tells me I can't sit at the table, I'm puzzled at why he is trying to deny me service. I start asking him about my order, after he realizes I already ordered he says I can sit there - but it's puzzling why his first reaction is to try to kick me out rather than even ask if I wanted to order as a first reaction. Seems very strange for someone who is supposed to be a waiter.

When I do ask him how much longer would it take for my burger he tells me 30 minutes, and that my order is last on his queue. I already waited 20 minutes so I was shocked I was last in the queue. So I asked him if he was sure since I ordered so long ago, the water goes off saying 30 minutes is going to be pretty standard out here. I wasn't anticipating 50 minutes for a burger since my daughter was hungry so I left at that point to go find her some snacks from the general store.

Once I walked outside 3 minutes later the buzzer goes off. I go back in to get the burger and make a joke "that was a quick 30 minutes". The waiter just dead pans me and doubles down that he meant 30 minutes from the start, uh huh... Not sure how my order "last in queue" showed up right after he told me 30 minutes, just say you read the queue wrong.

By the way my daughter ate the burger right away but it was room temp and dry so not sure how it could have taken so long and still not be warm when we went to get it.

At least when we first ordered the bartender was nice. He put a cherry on top of the whipped cream for my daughter's hot chocolate to try to make it special for her.

Honestly had my expectations low for a bar in a version 2 of Disneyland but HOLY. The Nashville hot wings were one of the, if not best wings I have ever had. From the texture to spice level and how they fry them. They were incredible!! The Thai were okay tho

The fact that there is even a bar located inside Yosemite National Park is a win! Great and quick service, indoor and outdoor seating available and plenty of it! (Along with some of the nicest bathrooms inside the park, period.) Extremely refreshing to grab a cold beer and a nice warm meal after a day of hiking. We had the smash burger sliders and they totally hit the spot! Double patty, caramelized onions and melty cheese… YUM! The bacon potato salad on the side was the perfect compliment to the meal. Definitely recommend the stop if you’re in Curry Village!

Perfect spot for post hike binging. Great energy. Staff are amazing, taking orders with unbelievable speed. Good inspired cocktails. Smash burger is delicious. Loved sitting and chatting with other patrons. Easily my favorite spot in the valley

What a waste. Burger was bland, the only thing I could taste was the onions. Fries were below average.
Service was terrible. The bartender (who also takes orders) could not take my order without interrupting me 3 times to talk to his colleague about something he saw on his phone.
Later I have heard another bartender providing a very different, positive service to another customer. That makes me think this is not a general issue.
Regardless of that, no good service could make up for the food.

I think this might be the only bar in Yosemite, but believe me when I tell you … you gotta check it out?! Its super good and a break from the son is nice! These guys also serve a variety of food here! The drinks are strong and the music is popping! The comments is, be prepared to pay $ because it’s all pretty pricey! But worth it!

SO TASTY. If I didn’t have to drive down into the Valley to eat here more often, I would. Sliders were perfect after a long hiking day- MEATY double patty. Corn was fresh and tasty, wings were the perfect crispiness. Compliments to the chefs!! Can’t wait to come back. A little pricey but understandable being it’s within a National Park, but honestly worth it.
