I love this place. It's our local watering hole. Weekend breakfast is so good (chicken fried steak is our fave. Sports friendly (it can get loud during popular games) and good food. Great fries and fried green beans. Meatloaf is good and wicked popular. I can't resist their homemade mac & cheese. If they are serving them that day, leave room for the lemon roll.

This place is honestly the best place for breakfast or lunch and the servers are so nice and friendly especially the chef Tony he always makes sure the food comes out with love I definitely recommend coming here and eating the next time you’re in vista

My sister and I went to Jackson's while we were in California to see the Commanders' game on a Sunday. They turned on the channel so we could watch. Very friendly staff. Sarah was our waitress. She was great! We had lunch and dessert. Nice area in Vista. It wasn't the closest to where we stayed in Carlsbad, but we saw them on an internet search and liked them. Enjoyed the food and nice people who worked there.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in quite a while. Could have eaten two if it hadn’t been so big to begin with. Jack was super friendly and attentive, everyone at the bar was really nice and welcoming. Felt like walking into an episode of Cheers. Food and drink was reasonable and the place had a great atmosphere. Felt right at home.

A group of eight of us decided to grab an early lunch here and they were incredibly accommodating. The girls split a bottle of champagne and I had the Booze Brothers IPA which was delicious. Shares the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and fries with my wife and went away full and loved the sandwich. Great service and a nice atmosphere make this a great place for a casual meal. Next time will try breakfast.

Nebraska fans, we found our bar!!!! The Husker flag is viewable from the street, which drew me in to come and check it out!! I tried out the big Texas burger with some fries and it sure was delish!!! As I was looking over their menu I did notice that they service Runza's (only on Saturday). So of course I went in on a Saturday as well to grab a couple runzas and yes!!!!! They were as expected if not better!!! Will be coming back with more friends and family soon!!

Jackson’s is the best new addition to Vista. I have been in during lunch to work and have a quick bite at the bar as well as brought my whole family of 7 for dinner in their dining room. Every time, service great and food exceptional. Jack, the Owner, is regularly mingling with guests, Damon the Head Chef, puts out some incredible stuff! All your classic bar favorites but elevated! Definitely recommend. Oh and Jack is welcoming First Responders and Military to bring in their patches for the patch wall! Any business that supports our Nation’s finest, gets my money for sure!
