I wasn't aware there was a place on the mountain that offered seafood and this place was really good! The service was excellent and the food was delicious; it looks a bit dated inside though. They served fresh, warm rolls with soft butter and the soup of the day was the French onion soup. I got the red snapper special and my friends and family had the ribeye steak, prime ribs, scallops on pasta, and tempura shrimp entree. For dessert, we had the rum cake and chocolate mousse cake. They were a bit too rummy and sweet (respectively) for my liking but next time I want to try the cheesecake with blueberry compote or carrot cake. I think I have a new favorite restaurant now. 🙂

Amazing food and fantastic service. They are very attentive and polite here. My salmon was cooked perfectly. I had a strawberry margarita. It was really strong and not too sweet. Just how I like it. I'd definitely come back here again. Way better than any food you'll find in Show Low.

Every time we go here we leave so happy! The food is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is awesome. The staff is fantastic! This is a higher end restaurant and it can be a bit expensive. However, the food, atmosphere, and service make it worth every single penny. We've had crab legs, sea bass, clams and muscles, shrimp cocktails, and more. Everything is prepared perfectly. This place is amazing, and you're missing out if you haven't eaten here.

This restaurant could be a 5, but desperately needs an update. Food was very good, enjoyed the warm bread, escargot was delicious and great salad ranch! Lemons on everything was quite unnecessary. The scallop dish was wonderful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Would've liked another option than pasta base. "Regency" sauce needed more salt. And is not a classic preparation. It was a mushroom cream sauce. Service was very good.

First time here was great! We got the calamari and bread. Both perfect. They have clam chowder on Fridays and it was great as well. My wife got the Shrimp Florentine and I got the Ribeye with sautéed veggies. Service was on point! We’ll be back for sure!

Our family had dinner last night at the Chalet for my birthday. I ordered the special, sea bass. It was the smallest piece of sea bass I have seen in my life. It could not have been more than 3 or 4 oz for $48. It tasted like cod I get frozen and cook at home. My husband told the waiter it was my birthday and he said normally they provide a tiramsu dessert but they were out of them. So 2 of my children ordered dessert which I had a bite of. Instead of providing one of those as a substitute for my birthday dessert, I recieved nothing. I just wanted to leave as this experience and food was the worst I have had in a long time. I should have taken pictures but I just wanted this dining experience to end. To top it off, on the way home my stomach started to feel sick. I will say our waiter was very kind and I did not want to say anything to him about the size or taste of my fish nor my husband who was trying to make a great birthday dinner for me.

Went here for an Early Bird birthday dinner and enjoyed it very much. I had the ribs and my husband had salmon. Both dishes were very good. Service was excellent.
