A wonderful addition to the area. Fun and lively. The bar knows how to serve Guinness authentically - the way it should be served. Food is delicious. Hubby had the Belfast bad boy hamburger w corned beef. I had the pork chops w mashed potatoes and peas. Yummy gravy . Delicious - we left full and very content . Go try this fun place with quality food and nice folks.

Went for lunch to try it out prior to an evening visit when I know it will be a lot busier. Parking is a bit challenging as there is not a lot of room on the side of the building... more room in the back!Very nice, fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was excellent. I had fish and chips, and my husband had bangers and mash! Excellent portions...not too much but just the right size meal. Prices were very reasonable also. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal! We will return, and we highly recommend it you are looking for authentic Irish food!!

Righ off the main road in Pinetop. Ample parking in the back. Huge outdoor area with picnic tables. Inside there is seating in the front of the restaurant or you can sit in the bar area. Fully stocked bar with 2 TVs showing sports. Loved the Irish decorations throughout. Food was absolutely amazing! I had the Guiness Glazed burger. Comes with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions on a brioche bun. Served with steak fries. So many different options on the menu. Will definitely stop again next time we are in town. Our waitress, Crystal, was very friendly and attentive.

Ok, where do I start. We were greeted and seated by the owner (wife). She was nice and answered pretty much all of our questions about the food. Although, she could not tell us the flavor/taste of the beef stew, corned beef, etc. because she is vegetarian. Very kind/sweet lady and a hard worker. Her husband seemed nice and kind as well. One of the male workers told us about and read the Irish Blessing to us from across the room which was nice. The wall decor in the restaurant/bar was impressive. We had the corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips, and their Irish stew (one more small scoop would have been even better). Everyone enjoyed their dishes. Especially the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef could have had a little bit more fat/gristle on it, though. Lol! To each their own. For dessert we had the Baileys Irish cream cheesecake (the regular cake wasn't available) and it was YUMMY!! They didn't have light beer on tap but we lived. Next time we will try the shepherd's pie (available in the lamb version only). You will enjoy the ambience/ambiance. In a perfect world, the corned beef and cabbage dish would also have potaoes and carrots. They did have mashed potatoes with brown gravy, though. I don't understand some of the negative comments. They just opened up...give them some time also your suggestions.

Since we are local, we've been following the Irish Colleen's tempting and teasing facebook posts for months before they opened their doors in early July. In an old house with several small rooms, they've painted and decorated the space with Irish sayings, lots of green and adorable signs. Having eaten breakfast, lunch twice and supper here, I can review with confidence. Breakfast is their weakest link (open Thurs-Sun for breakfast), but the items on the lunch/dinner menu really shine. Their corned beef is moist, flavorful and scrumptious. I've had it in/on their corned beef and cabbage plate, their Irish pizza, corned beef hash, and today had a corned beef sandwich that I could only eat half of - so full of that salty goodness! Their shepherd's pie (proudly made the Irish way with ground lamb) was delicious - served piping hot covered in mashed potatoes. Again, only ate half. Their Irish pizza was interesting, but the potatoes weren't cooked through. The fish and chips (large pieces of white flaky cod) with their homemade beer batter (they use Harp) was terrific. The Irish beer selection features Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks and Kilkenny (on nitrogen), served a bit too warm for my taste. Crystal and Tony have been both very attentive servers and have been helpful in choosing an entree (whatever you order, they say it is their favorite lol). They host trivia nights, live music, and they just poured a new concrete dance floor outside. All in all, this is a most welcome spot for our mountain town. Keep up the good work!

Great place to go with friends on a night out! The corned beef pizza was ahhhmazing!!! The Guinness gravy on the Poutine was crazy good! Brian had the Shepards Pie and it did not disappoint! Our friends had the fish and chips. Very nice size pieces of fish! We highly recommend The Irish Colleen!

Love the music, and the food is to die for. We had the Belfast Bad Boy Burger, Sheppards Pie, Colcannon, and the cheese burger egg rolls. I may die but I will die happy. And my ghost will be back.

Great place to go for some Irish food! The Bangers n Mash was so great, the gravy was amazing. The Sheppards pie was to die for.
Breakfast has blown me away as well.
