Joe, Wayne and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. Burgers, brisket, ribs and burnt ends are my favorites. They have great french fries and the Catfish Friday is a great deal.

We found a gem in Bayfield. The Brisket was perfect and the ribs had a fantastic pull and flavor. The sauce was on point and they're working on putting out a spicy version. The fries were awesome crisp with a snap. The Owner/Staff spent time talking to us with a real hometown feel.
We WILL return!!

This is a fantastic place for BBQ, we went in for the first to check it out we got the burnt ends and 2 brisket tacos, which was beyond our expectations, food was phenomenal and the service was great really friendly staff. We will be back for taco Tuesday with the family. I would recommend to anyone! Nice to have another gem in our little town of Bayfield.

Always a great time here, the service is impeccable on top of the great food. Very genuine and caring people that work/run this place. Very nice young tattooed man up front who is soooo polite and accommodating! Travel from Pagosa just for BBQ!! On our way out the door we started talking about ribs- hooked us up! I truly hope this place goes big and far places!! The turkey is smoked and sliced so perfectly, nice and juicy. And the pulled pork, it leaves me wanting more every time. Do yourself a favor and come to Porky’s Smokehouse- you will not regret it!!

Was excited to try this place out. We ordered 2 stuffed potatoes.. waited about 45 minutes as we watched everyone get their food. We were then asked what kind of meat we had wanted on our potato, which we had already told them brisket. Then about 10 minutes after that we were told they were going to have to sub out our potatoes with fries, because they ran out of potatoes!! The rest of our party had already eaten, so we asked for a refund and went to grab a burger. Needless to say, we will not be back. Not a good experience.

The Saturday afternoon catfish dinners were super...perfectly cooked. AND sweet tea too!! COMING back next week for ribs.

I love coming here for the catfish and fries. They rank up there with what I've had in TX and LA. They are better than any of the local fish and chips places in the 4 corners!
