Tasty tapas and wonderful service! The restaurant is cozy, with a variety of high and low tables, even some that have a view of the open kitchen. Our server, Kyle, took great care of us - from walking us through suggested menu options to making sure the flow of service was seamless, he didn’t miss a beat. The menu offered a variety of flavors that all complimented one another. We left feeling full after sharing 5 smaller dishes and a dessert. If you don’t like to share, they have several options that are “entree portions”. The restaurant is easy to access on Pearl St, with indoor and outdoor seating, weather permitting. Upon receiving our check, we were given a post card with the restaurant’s logo - very nice touch!

Great tapas and lovely atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and kind. The cocktails are good. I like that they had GF options as well. I recommend the champinones - very tasty!

Best food in Boulder! Such a fun spot, great vibes, great service. Trout is well worth it highly recommend! Also loved the goat cheese.

Awesome Tapas place. We tried 5 dishes and they were all amazing. Plan to recreate several of these recipes from home. Particularly the goat cheese and the mushrooms.

Stopped by for a Sunday happy hour and was overall very pleased.
The baked goat cheese was fantastic, and the fried artichoke hearts were also good (and felt like a pretty good value).
Also got a couple of cocktails (I liked the blueberry bourbon one) and tried all three sangria flavors. White had a stronger wine taste, red was pretty sweet and a bit overbearing, but the pink landed a pretty good balance. At $5 a glass, I wasn't complaining.
Interesting that there's a 3.25% sustainability fee when dining in - that could add up quickly on a larger tab.

Man!!! The lil croquet joints were dope (croquetas de chorizo)!!! Perfectly put together with great flavor and texture! The drinks are expertly crafted with homemade infused liquors. I had an awesome conversation at the bar with the bartender. Forgive me for forgetting his name but he was awesome!! For better deals go during happy hour, a little pricey but when you get quality you pay more so thats an even trade off for me. Highly recommend!!!

I had the best birthday at Gemini!
We ordered all the vegetarian options from the tapas menu and it was DIVINE. Service was outstanding. Sangria was amazing and the dessert was FIRE. Thank you -- I'll be back!
