This place is over the top in service, food quality and reasonable prices. My companion and I sat in the covered space outdoors, way in the back at a large tablecloth-covered picnic table with built-in wooden seats covered in fabric and pillows behind us. We had our own private nook.
We both ordered saag—lamb and chicken and the portions were plenty so that I was able to take half home with me. The garlic naan bread was also tasty and nice and buttery.
The Chai was perfectly seasoned and just right warmed.

Our waiter was completely welcoming and had a good sense of humor. When I dropped my fork and asked him for another one he told me there was a five dollar charge, said with a twinkle in his eyes.

The total price came to around 22. each, not including tip.

Outstanding Nepalese and Indian food. Sitting outside on the patio is such a treat. It's on a quiet street. When I went there it as pretty busy so expect the servers will take a while to get to you. Menu has lots of options.

This place was pretty alright. The naan was good and so was the Sherpa stew thing. They have beef dumplings but they are kinda nothing special, needs more seasonings and veggies inside. I still think there’s better Indian places in town other than this place but this has their little stew specialty if you’re into that, which is super filling for the price and comes with naan. Service can be iffy here though and definitely gets busy.

It is difficult to define authentic ethnic foods as popular and ubiquitous as Indian, Nepalese cuisine but I love Sherpa's cuisine. Not on the overspiced side but great balance of flavors. It is also very important that it doesn't leave your stomach bloated. Not being greasy is great.

A delicious and cozy meal after a rainy hike! The homemade hot chai was very flavorful, and my husband and I split the tandoori style vegetarian Mo Mo dumplings (my husband’s favorite!) and the Chicken Thali which gives you a lovely sampling of goodness, including Saag Paneer, a delightful rice pudding, and fantastic naan. Would definitely recommend!
