Really great experience. I needed last minute rentals (chairs and tables) and they responded right away. Their prices are much more affordable as well (I did do some shopping around) and they made the delivery and pick up process super easy!

Wonderful local run business. They were quick and communicated the drop off. They helped us unload and load it into the yard. We had over 50 chairs and 5 large tables so they accommodated a big group!

This is the company you want to work with in Denver if you need chairs, tables, linens, and other event supplies! It's family owned and they are so caring and considerate of the customer compared to some other companies in the area. Carolyn was absolutely amazing to work with, very professional and very kind. We had a 200+ person wedding at a park in Lakewood at 11am and she organized the set up process so everything was ready by 9:30am. They showed up just after 3pm as promised to wrap everything up at the end of event. Carolyn was able to accommodate any last minute additions I needed the week before and she even went to the event site beforehand to scout out the area to make sure they were prepared for the day of.

Carolyn and everyone at Budget Event Rental are amazing! I’ve used them twice to rent seating for family holiday gatherings. The chairs are in great shape, and the coordination and delivery were seamless. For a small cost, it allowed us to seat everyone around one single table rather than scattered around the house with different tables/chairs for a special dinner. Will definitely use them for all events we host in the future!

Great company! They provided the tables and chairs I needed. I placed an order for chairs, circle tables and high tops. I realized I needed a couple rectangular tables after I placed my order. I was able to add them it wasn’t a problem. The tables and chairs arrived a day before my event so I had plenty of time to set up and be ready for my big day! Very affordable rentals and delivery fee! I would highly recommend using them! Wonderful company!
