Ryan and I came here because we won tickets to a cocktail making class here and also a bottle of wine and tour of the distillery! Kai did such a phenomenal job and we wanted to give him a huge shout out. The class was so fun and informative. He made it really special for us and our two friends and it was a very special outting for us celebrating! We also got to celebrate the season and just enjoy our time out together. Mike High Spirits is fun and vibrant and always has great music and often like today they had live music! The drinks were perfect and unique and we always come here for a good time whether it’s a prize we won or just walking by and visiting on a whim or a planned visit. It’s always a delight and I highly recommend not just coming here but planning a tour as well! We signed up for the Bonding with Bourbon class and distillery tour. First of all, the distillery itself was exactly the kind of place I'd want to hang out for a few drinks—cheeky, fun, and definite party vibes. The tour and class were led by Marissa, who blew us away with her handle on the science of bourbon, mixology savvy, and sense of humor. Her hospitality was truly memorable!

We came here for the R&B night with Simp city. It definitely was portrayed better on social media than it was in person. It was just like any other club. Except they had mc’s who would speak, but you couldn’t understand them because it was so loud and every one sounded like the voice from Charlie Brown. Also, their definition of R&B is not the same definition that we had in our mind, we assumed it would be 90s maybe some early 2000 but it was all 2000s. It’s a super cool venue. They have a lot of good photo options. It’s really big, but there’s hardly anywhere to sit.

Don't let the made for Instagram party bar in front fool you, around back these folks are distilling spirits at an insanely high level. They have been a favorite Colorado made bourbon of mine for some time, and it was a blast seeing their urban distillery in action. Jay was a genuine personality and gave a killer tour.

The tasting pours were also very generous, including some special release whiskeys that blew me away. This is quite simply some of the best brown water you could ever hope to find in Colorado, distilled by good folks who aren't afraid to have ample amounts of fun while doing so. My kind of vibe!

We had a wonderful time touring and our tour guide Kai was amazing! Very informative but laid back. Definitely recommend for an interesting and immersive behind the scene look!
