I haven't been there yet, but I've just finished reading every single review of this place and this 5 star rating is for the owner, or, the person who responds to the reviews. I just have to smile at the professionalism, grace, and tact with which you address negative feedback. The world needs more people like you. You show a sincere concern for people who find Voodoo Leatherworks disappointing, while simultaneously and unapologetically remaining loyal to your staff and volunteers. All types of business owners could learn something from you about communicating with customers. Really well maintained venue and a very welcoming community. No hate, no judgement, just acceptance of everyone for who they are, across the entire LGBTQIA+ spectrum. It's a second home to me.
