Everyone in this establishment is in cahoots with each other, they're definitely not for the people, it's blatantly obvious they're out for your money. I don't know who voted that judge, but she needs to be elected out as well as that con artist old man needing to discuss everything with everyone. This place is unorganized, especially since you have to wait 2hrs after the time you're expected to be heard, you can look at the area and see that their petty and probably won't even dismiss the most obvious case and take you to trial, because their biased and in favor of the officer obviously, another thing to add is out they're going to expect you to pay out something win or lose, but yet the payment system is down majority of the time.

I came here on 12/7/2018 in order to pay a ticket at 3 pm. Nobody answered the door or phone during the 15 minutes I spent trying to get in and be a prosocial citizen by paying my ticket. I am very disappointed with their lack of service. I hope they do not expect me to pay on time if I cannot even expect them to answer the door during their regular hours.
