The food was good, the views were nice. Up here made me want to play some golf because the course looked really nice.
Very busy Labor Day weekend have them running out of food items, but it doesn't look like it is hard to get a tee time.
The Columbine Lake crew are really nice people and the country club is the whole package. So much fun you can have every weekend, if you wanted to. I for one am glad I was able to come up here. This is my first time in Grand Lake and I am super impressed.

Great Community but remember, this is a private community, with a private pool and a private lake and private grounds. The expenses for stocking the lake, keeping up the Clubhouse and general area are paid for by the homeowners. It seems that everyone outside of this community feels they are entitled to use the private facility and fish on the private lake but unless you are a homeowner, or related guest of a homeowner, you are violating the rules and regulations and are doing so
at a cost to everyone else. If people seem gruff, it is because they deal constantly with people trying to circumvent the rules.

The Board of CLCC changes rules on transfer fees as they see fit. Not friendly to kids or guest. Very rude and abrasive to guest. If you are ask for a owners card to not say anything to people in yellow vest. They are just looking to fine people and stir up the pot. Very rude people that are board members and workers. Guest are treated as undesirable. Just ingorne the workers and board and enjoy C.L.C.C

It could be a great place, but living in an HOTEL DISTRICT not so much. Nightly rentals are the same as Motel. Not the the same zoning. "SINGLE FAMILY"

It's nice, little strict on the rules though. I wasn't allowed to bring in my energy drink, but rules are rules, so I wasn't upset.
