Very Genuine Authentic Establishment run by a Professional quality type of manager Its not the Hilton no but its hospitality is worth more than most hotels could ever be worth. The service is moderate but they are kind and helpful to anything you need. Hands down my Favorite hotel in Craig. People mean more to me than immediate service and these people are wholesome and Genuine give this place a chance it's pretty relaxed and the vibe will leave you speechless."

Very Genuine Authentic Establishment run by a Professional quality type of manager Its not the Hilton no but it's hospitality is worth more than most hotels could ever be worth. The service is moderate but they are kind and helpful to anything you need. Hands down my Favorite hotel in Craig. The online pictures did not match our experience. The room was dirty, food under the bed, strange crusty product stuck to the bedding, bugs on bathroom floor, no smoke detectors, holes in wall, stains on shower curtain, remote control found between mattress, cigarette burns on pillow cases, toilet seat different size than toilet. The carpet has copious amounts of dirt and debris suggesting it hasn't been vacuumed and definitely not prepared for new customers. Unsavory characters sleeping in their vehicles on the property. We did have decent AC and water for showers and friendly staff when I asked for enough towels for our group and toilet paper to last one night. The coffee appeared to be one week old in the lobby. There was no breakfast option, which was okay. Not a place I would ever stay in again. But boy did we laugh hard at the condition of the lodging. I was afraid to take any pictures it was so disgusting.

Most disgusting hotel room I have EVER experienced. Do not visit Craig during hunting season. This was the only motel room left. The double queen room only had one bed, but they left the box spring for ambiance. Mold all over the bathroom walls, shower curtain was tied to the poll, carpet so saturated in god knows what (it looked and felt like someone set it on fire and then threw varnish all over it), cats everywhere, no bed bugs but plenty of cat hair on the sheets. The tv was so small and didnt work, doubt the wifi was even legit. Can not believe the city allows them to be in operation. Unfortunatly, we were forced to stay due to being too exhaused to continue our road trip. Were going to take photos of how horrible it was but we were so thankful to leave in the morning we didn't look back!!! And we paid $102. Thanks Travel Inn. You nasty!!!!

The place/area didn't have a great vibe. There were a lot of people hanging around outside, some in their cars with the windows down. We soon learned that was because many of the ACs weren't working. We asked the front desk for another room. He had to try two or three more rooms to find one with a working AC. It wasn't great - trash in the drawers, not terribly clean, but we appreciated the employee being so nice and doing his best to help us. When we booked online, free breakfast was advertised. It turns out they didn't actually have breakfast, but he sent us with a note to a motel down the road where we had a good, hot breakfast.

Office was dirty. Went to find our room and felt uncomfortable with the area and the run down feel of the place. Told the front desk I didn't feel safe staying there with my 2 kids. We did not stay here.

Horrifically disgusting. The room didn't even look like it was prepared for occupancy. Bathroom floor was filthy, barely any towels but that would be acceptable aside from one thing. BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE. Pull the covers back and bam! There they are! I've stayed at gross hotels before but that is a line that should never be crossed. Truly vile.

Beware, spent 3 nights here and came home. Found bed bug bites all over me. Praying I did not take them home...
