Me quedé en Crested Butte en julio para la boda de una prima, y pasé dos noches en The Lodge. Me encantó la ubicación y proximidad de todo. Hay una parada de bus al lado del hotel que va al centro cada 20 minutos, muy fácil. Si yo pase por Crested Butte de nuevo en el futuro me gustaría quedarme en The Lodge de nuevo.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in a 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit. The shared space has a full kitchen, small dining area, and living room - all very spacious. Both bedrooms were large and had plenty of closet room and storage area. Bathrooms were also large and had lots of fluffy towels. Location of this lodge is only a few min walk to the lifts and included in the stay is a ski valet. Parking is extra at $30/night but well worth the cost for the convenience. All the staff and any guests we encountered were very friendly. The hot tub, sauna, and heated pool were great perks and easily accessible from our unit. The WiFi was good enough for emails, but I did notice a slight lag in zoom/video calls when I presumed most folks were back at the lodge. We are already planning another visit back to this place.

We stayed at the lodge for our winter family ski trip. The lodge is right off the lift base, perfect for ski in and out. We had a Mountain View apartment with beautiful view of the mountain. The staff are super nice, our room didn’t have a sofa bed. When we called to request extra bed, staff managed to give us an extra bedroom for free. They really care and put customers first, for that alone, I’d give them 5 stars. The area doesn’t have a lot of food choices, you’ll need to drive down to crested butte town where plenty of restaurants are at.

Really happy with this place. We had a couple room issues that were mostly my fault and they bent over backwards to take care of us when they didn’t have to. Would definitely come back and even pay a premium for the great service.

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here for skiing. The location is spectacular! You are in walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and the free shuttle to downtown. The employees have always been nice and the service is good. The hotel and rooms are very dated and could really use a remodel. The price is expensive.

Great location right next to the gondola, but definitely lacking in a few areas.

The biggest upset is that they charge you $30/night for parking. I was not informed of this until I was checking in. To avoid paying an extra $90 for parking during our stay, I parked in town on a side street and rode the free town shuttle back up to the resort. I really don’t understand why they wouldn’t just wrap that into the price of the stay. Then when I asked where to find other parking he wouldn’t give me an answer.

When we walked into our room the bathroom smelled really bad almost as if it wasn’t cleaned before we got there. The bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter when it was running, and one of the hinges was broken on the toilet seat so it just flopped around.

The property and room were nice. It just seems to be lacking proper maintenance and hospitality.
