Recently had the pleasure of dining at 49th Food and Spirits, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The drink selection is impressive, with a wide variety of beers and wines to choose from.

We tried the Burger of the Month and the Shepherd's Pie, and both were absolutely delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the Shepherd’s Pie was hearty, comforting, and had the perfect balance of savory ingredients.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back here!!

When you walk in the door it really feels like you wandered into a little spot in Alaska.
The staff is friendly and the decor is perfect for this spot.
We started with the Bering Sea blue cheese chips and they arrived on a large platter and didn't last long. Absolutely delicious!
I had the Alcon putting poutine burger. It was cooked to the right temp with a sweet maple cream cheese flavor covered in gravy.

I'm really looking forward to return here to try more items on the menu!

I heard about this place at the Denver Burger Battle and had to try their Poutine Burger. I was not disappointed!! I took the wife here for our anniversary, and we were both very happy with the decision.

Omg. It was like a homecoming. We enjoyed the fish and chips and the “elk and beef” meatloaf. We loved the uniquely named selections from Starters to Entrees. They could introduce a sandwich called “Govt Hill grilled ham and cheese”. Lol. Reminded this partaker of Chilcook Charlies. From one Alaskan to another…. Well done!! ❤️❤️

I recently discovered that your new location has been open in our area for nearly three months! As frequent patrons of your other location, my family and I are thrilled to have one closer to home.

We’ve been fans of the Denver location on Kipling for years and couldn’t wait to check out the Littleton location on Santa Fe.

We started with the smoked salmon dip — which was just as tasty at the new location as it has always been at the Denver location. Make sure you try one of their Alaskan beers on tap. We both enjoyed the Husky IPA.

For our meal, we both opted for the monthly burger special (see chalkboard pic). It was one of the best burgers we have ever had! The lemon ricotta, beets, apricots and arugula complimented each other and the always delicious elk/beef blend patty so well! It was a perfect savory and slightly sweet delight!

The 49th staff is always friendly and makes you feel like one of the family, and they’ve managed to capture that feeling at the new location. Consistency is key in the restaurant world and these guys are beautifully consistent between days visited and the new restaurant, which is huge only 3 weeks after opening!

I can’t recommend The 49th enough - it’s an absolute must-try!
