Excellent customer service. The room was clean and smelled clean. The A/C unit was working good.

This hotel is in a walking distance to restaurants, gas stations (For snacks and drinks) and other stores. The fitness center was clean and as I mentioned before, the service was great.

Absolutely NOT worth the $200.00 amount paid for this room. Worst mattress we have ever stayed on, room not cleaned well after last visitors. Refrigerator made a very loud buzzing all night long that kept us from sleeping. Go down the road and get a cheaper room this is the worst Best Western we have stayed at.

Sorry but this place failed pretty much from the moment I arrived. After checking in and getting my key I opened my door and found the room looked like the person just left. No maid service to change the room so the desk attendant thought it was done. This was a housekeeping issue.

Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was extremely tasteless like it was overcooked. The eggs were terrible and overcooked and dry.

For $200 you really need to step up your game bro. If you're charging that much perhaps you should make sure everything is checked before you book a room.

I won't be returning to this property.

Positive: My sister and I were greeted with a big smile from the front desk employee. She even told us about the restaurant (delicious) next door and that we would receive a 10% discount if we showed our room key. The room was great. Best bed ever!! Super clean! Negative: "" Negative: ""

Not worth the $200 they charge. Mattress was TERRIBLE, room was not very clean, refrigerator made noise all night long. Just go down the road where the rooms are cheaper and you expect what you get.

Stayed here over memorial weekend room 202. Mattress is beyond needing replaced, felt like I was sleeping on a bunch of rags tied up in a sheet. Bathroom had large amount of long black hair stuck to the shower wall. Refrigerator had food dried inside it. Room had cat hair everywhere, woke up around midnight unable to breath due to severe cat allergy. Stayed here in 2020 had a great experience, not so in 2024. Told the desk clerk about it and she didn't care, said she would pass it along. Probably won't stay here again, if I considered it, I would check the room 1st before paying for it.

Wonderful hotel... bed was sooo soft, the towels and blankets had a hint of vanilla fragrance, I LOVED IT. Room was spacious & clean. Front desk personnel were so nice. I usually do not use the shampoos they provide but I did this time, and my hair is so soft and shiny, whatever brand that was, I need it!!! Definitely recommend this hotel. Right off the main road with lots of restaurants near by.

Breakfast consisted of boiled sausage links & cereal. There were no eggs. Told by staff they ran out of eggs & 6:20 am. Very disappointing experience.
