An Absolute Gem!
The Public House is hands-down one of the best spots in town! The burger I had was phenomenal—juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh toppings that took it to the next level. Pairing it with one of their fantastic local beers on tap was the perfect combo. The selection is impressive, and it's clear they put thought into curating a great lineup.

Read that the French dip is amazingly delicious, yes it is , so much it sold out before lunch was over. Carnival street tacos are absolutely 💯 delicious. Service is good. Overall great experience. Will return.

First time here for lunch it was great! Ordered pub chips, western burger, and the ribeye. The pub chips and burger were great! The ribeye was alright but I enjoyed the mash potatoes that it comes with. Will be coming back again to try others!

Tucked away in Colorado Springs, The Pubic House is the kind of small, local spot that reminds you why independently owned restaurants are worth seeking out. From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home.

The menu isn’t overwhelming, but every dish is clearly crafted with care. I ordered Sriracha Shrimp Tacos and my husband orders a pizza or a burger and destroys it like Godzilla running through Tokyo, it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had—fresh ingredients, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous without being excessive, and you can tell they focus on quality over quantity.

Service was excellent, too. Even though the place was busy, our server checked in just the right amount—attentive but never intrusive. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of food and service you’re getting.

If you’re looking for a great local spot with delicious food and a welcoming vibe, The Public House is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back soon!

Our second time here. We love the poutine, wings, French dip. Burgers are great (veggie not so much) whenever we are passing through this is a must.

Sat on the patio and enjoyed the view with drinks. The atmosphere is good but would be better with music. The Mountain burger- ugh the truffle aioli is amazing!! The hot burger was tasty and the fries and onion rings were great. My partner enjoyed the Colorado mule and I enjoyed a raspberry sour beer on draft. Also, the patio is dog friendly so I got to enjoy eating with my pup 🐶
