El lugar esta increíble, el servicio es muy ameno, y Paulina es muy amable, mi servicio fue en Español y me sentí muy cómoda con su servicio, los resultados me encantaron y mi cabello luce como lo quería.

Saved my hair. Having just moved to Colorado, I randomly picked a salon in Boulder that had strong reviews (several hundred reviews at a perfect 5 stars). After a poor experience with highlights at that salon in Boulder, I called the Hair Bar in a bit of a panic. Amanda answered the phone, listened to my issue, and scheduled me next day for a consult to see what she could do. After looking at the botched highlights, she consulted with the owner of Hair Bar and they both agreed that Amanda was on the right track to bring my hair back from the brink. She was able to fix the color, the lines, and the tone all in one go. While I still need another appointment or two over the next 4-6 months to get back to the color I normally am, I am in love with what she did for my hair in one appointment. First two photos show the terrible highlight line and the color all over the place (from warm blonde to almost orange in some spots). The last photo is me much happier with the all over highlights Amanda was able to achieve. So…this is where I go now. Super nice staff, great salon with immaculate vibes, 10/10 recommend.

I loved my hair today, Paulina was amazing!! I naturally have super thick and long hair so I have a hard time trusting stylists to cut my hair and this was exactly what I asked for. Everyone was super nice and friendly and the salon was super cute and clean.

I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the lovely Tara, and I was seated in no time! My hair transformation was nothing short of spectacular—Paulina worked her magic, and I couldn't believe how amazing the color and trim turned out! She was open about pricing right from the start, which I really appreciated. My hair feels incredibly soft now, and she tackled that massive product buildup on my scalp like a pro—I'm already noticing way fewer flakes! What an incredible experience!

Terrible owner/management. I treated my adult daughter to a purple peek a boo color in her hair. She also got a basic haircut (just trimmed edges). We were told to buy special shampoo and two conditioners to preserve the color. We paid $100.00 for the recommended products, plus $270.00 for the color, cut and tip. That is a grand total of $370.00. We thought the purple color was going to last 'quite awhile'. We were told the color is permanent. If we had been told the color would only last a few days, we would not have done the color. Within a few days the purple started turning blue. Then by day 17 there was pretty much no color left other than a grayish blue light color. We were traveling so we could not come back in within the salons 7 day rule. The service was done on 11/29/24. We sent the photo taken on 12/17/24 to the owner on 12/20/24 (we were traveling). A co-worker pointed out the faded purple turning blue on 12/11/24 which was the only day in CO before the next trip. I have a photo taken that day as well. On 12/21/24 the Owner said for $50.00 they would fix the color. I talked to my daughter and she said she for sure needed her hair fixed as it was looking really bad with the faded gray/blue color. I provided some availability via message to the owner. Schedules are tight so she wanted to get on the calendar before her schedule changed. When I did not get a response we stopped in to get on the calendar. When we walked in they would not schedule us. Our once friendly stylist did not even great us. They must have been briefed on the issue. One of the stylists told the receptionist to call the owner. The owner later messaged me and said "We have been demanding with no room for grace" and they were not going to restore the purple color. We have never once returned to a salon for a correction. We were very nice to each and every person we came in contact with at the salon. A few months ago, my intent was to get tinsel in my hair for a party. They quoted me a price. I came in and also got a cut and color. When it was time for the tinsel the owner called and said they could not honor the tinsel price as it was incorrect. Keep in mind that is why I went to this salon. I left with a cut/color and no tinsel because it was more than the original quote. I still came back on 11/30 to get my hair highlighted, cut and colored. I used an assistant. I am used to different level stylists. I am not real picky so I usually pick the lower level stylists. I was in the chair from 12:45 - 5:00 p.m. The service was supposed to take two and a half hours. I was very nice to the stylist even though the two sides of my highlights did not match. My left side had a big blonde patch. I am not real picky so I did not say anything. The stylist asked if I wanted another opinion. I said yes. The owner came and fixed my hair. I did not end up with what I expected. At the end of the service my hair looked like I had a one step color with a few lighter strands. I was in the salon for many hours. Did not end up with what I asked for. Yet I never once complained. I did not even complain that the dye left in my hair for hours damaged my hair. The only thing I wanted was my daughters hair to be fixed. They probably figured for $50.00 we would not want to get the color fixed. We said yes and the owner came up with every reason to not correct the color. I have no experience in hair. The owner says fix is the wrong words. I just know I paid for purple and it faded in days and my daughter is walking around with grayish blue streaks. We spent $640.00 for both of our services. You would think there would be some customer service. There are lots of salons in Erie, CO. I will not be back to the Hair Bar. 12/26/24 Edit to add this info based on business response. I do not have a track record of poor reviews. I have given 8 Five star reviews and 4 one star reviews (including Hair Bar). This shows that the owner is not being truthful about the situation. No budget issues. I spent $640.00 for my daughter and I. I have the money. I do not like wasting money.

Jenacie is the best! I would follow her to any Salon but so lucky that she’s at The Hair Bar! I have been going to her for years. Jenacie always exceeds my expectations and makes me feel incredible about my hair!

We have been going to The Hair Bar for a few years and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are incredible knowledgeable and extremely kind and caring. You can tell that the staff truly support each other. The owner created a warm and caring environment for the clients and her staff. I highly recommend!

Bryce was amazing! I’ve struggled for years finding a place that specializes in curly hair , and out of the blue I called this place and luckily they had someone who does! They were so informative and engaging , and helped me with adapting better techniques for my curly hair!
