The super tall white guy in his 30’s they have standing at the door is RUDE and extremely unpleasant. Took my favorite pair of tweezers, refused to let me come back for them or keep them at the little stand he was at. (Where he continued to be at for the rest of the night, so he threw them away immediately or had them sitting there and refused to give them back). Also, fine I could have them back - he could have just said what he needed to say NICELY, as I was nice the entire time, but he was rude and aggressive. Not to mention it wasn’t like he was dealing with a drunk idiot, as I had the longest night serving at a restaurant and came by straight after work completely sober. I’ve always kept a pair of tweezers in my purse and have never had them confiscated or had anyone mention that I can’t have them in your club before. So if theres a policy, train your team to be CONSISTENT. His rudeness literally ruined my mood the whole night, put me in a funk, and it was Valentine’s Day. Your employees who are grown men, who are the first thing you interact with before you enter the bar should have the emotional capacity and training to not take their anger or frustration on guests who’ve done nothing to them. Especially on a holiday. We get it, you’re balding under your hat and didn’t have anyone on Valentine’s Day. That’s your problem not mine. Have a day! (Also I review literally nothing ever even when it’s horrible experience, so that’s how much this guy rubbed me the wrong way.) PS try playing updated music for once instead of get low 300 times in one night.

If you’re lucky enough to have Ashlynn as your bartender at The Mansion in downtown Colorado Springs, you’re in for an incredible experience. She is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered—skilled, attentive, and full of personality. From the moment you sit down, she makes you feel welcomed and valued, like you’re not just a customer but a part of the vibe.

Her drink-making skills are top-notch. Whether you’re ordering a classic cocktail, something off the menu, or asking for her creative twist, she nails it every single time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her craft, and the quality of her drinks reflects that.

What truly sets Ashlynn apart, though, is her energy and presence behind the bar. She has this incredible ability to balance speed and efficiency while still connecting with everyone she serves. She’s engaging without being overbearing, and her professionalism shines through even when the bar is packed. It’s clear that she loves what she does, and it makes all the difference.

If you’re looking for the perfect mix of amazing drinks, great conversation, and unmatched service, Ashlynn is the bartender you need. She’s a gem, and The Mansion is lucky to have her. Make sure to ask for her next time you visit—you won’t be disappointed!

So my niece and I went out to have a good time. We shared a stall to go pee and we got kicked out. No reason but we shared a stall to go pee in. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I'm 46 yrs old and have never ever gotten kicked out a club for sharing stall to go pee in.

Security is weird. My experience here was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. As a woman, I felt uneasy due to the behavior of the security staff, which I found invasive and inappropriate. Despite inspecting my bag upon entry, they also followed me to the restroom, which felt excessive and unwarranted. Additionally, the atmosphere was underwhelming—contrary to what their promotional content suggests, the venue was nearly empty. To make matters worse, there were undertones of racism that added to the discomfort. I’ve visited many other clubs and can confidently say this was one of the worst. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Shocked to see this club is still in business. As many have mentioned before, the bartenders are less than savory. My good friend and I went here years ago and were both roofied by the bartender. Avoid going here at all costs.

I didn’t know that it was common practice for this bar, considering that I’ve been going to it for a decade to have the bartenders pick and choose favorite customers overcharge them for drinks then target said customers in the bathroom, having security lean into the stall while there PEEING and accusing them of doing drugs. Weird behavior! I just wanted to pee without an audience thanks.

Ashlynn MADE the experience. Not only is she amazing at making and serving up drinks, but she also creates a fun, positive experience. I'm always nervous going into bars/clubs but Ashlynn made sure I felt free to have a good time. The only down side? Ashlynn isn't up at the disco! Just wish I could dance it up on the lit up floor AND see one of my favorite bartenders! But for that gal, I'd walk to any bar. If you find yourself at mansion, ASK FOR ASHLYNN!!
