I do not have a PCP yet and just decided to do a screening here until I get more settled. Everyone in the public health clinic was super kind, quick, and friendly. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Easiest appointment ever!

Went to see about getting a copy of a birth certificate for a relative. Sarah who works in Vital Records is very rude. She may be proficient at her job, but her demeanor, tone of voice and attitude is terrible. Do and be better with your people skills.

We get our food stamps on the 2nd of every month. It is now September 14th and still nothing it's the same excuse "we are about 200 people behind" it's been 2 weeks if you can't do your job then let someone else!! No one should suffer for your actions! We've gone down there multiple times we didn't even have this problem in a huge city so why is there an issue here. It's not that hard to do paperwork I've seen multiple people suffering because of you guys and I'm sure you guys aren't suffering.

I was planning a trip outside of the US and needed information about recommended vaccinations. I called the MCPHD and they were so incredibly helpful! They gave me lots of information about the various vaccines and directed me to the CDC website where I could find recommendations for all of the places I was planning on visiting. They got me set up with an appointment and that was that. I really appreciate that they were so knowledgeable, because I didn't even know where to begin. Excellent experience and excellent staff!

Savannah is amazing. (Give her a raise) She is very helpful and answers all our questions. She treats my toddler as kindly as she would her own kid. We have had good experiences here with all of the staff every time.

Horrible front desk staff. I had an appointment and quadruple checked with the receptionist that I wouldn't have a co-pay and was promised I wouldn't. Appointment goes fine but here it is ONE YEAR LATER after my appointment and suddenly I receive a bill for the co-pay there wasn't supposed to be. Called front desk to ask about this and rude receptionist continuously cuts me off, blames me and their billing company and is absolutely not helpful. She first blamed me saying it took so long because I moved (100% untrue my address has not changed for 15 years so nice try on that) then when that didn't work she said it's both my insurance and the billing departments fault. She kept cutting me off before I could fully finish asking any questions. Basically I was lied to by them then treated very badly when I called to sort out the issue. Receptionist needs serious training on how to talk to patients and not be rude to the point I have to just end the call.

Google shows that this government entity is open until 5:30. I arrived at 4:40 to a printed note on the door stating that they closed at 4:30, on just this Wednesday. I needed a birth certificate. A private business would go out of business doing this. Our tax dollars are hard at work paying salaries of "public servants" that do not serve. Vote every last one of them out. Privatize.
