We have been at St. Johns RV Park for 9 months now. This park has everything we need. The folks in the park are friendly and the park is quiet.
We have really enjoyed our stay here.

The park is kept very clean and June was very helpful! We look forward to staying again next spring. We had a serious monsoon that caused some issues in the park and they were on immediately. Thank you for the great stay looking forward to seeing you again.

Came in yesterday. No one at the office, but residents rudely asked why I was there. No wifi at all. Bathrooms locked up from 9pm to 9am as someone started a fire in the restroom sink. Woke up at 630 to more rude neighbors who think they own the place. Left ASAP to find a restroom. Trash was locked up. IF THIS WAS A $15 Site,I would understand. But it's a$54 site with no table no grill no fire ring. NO BATHROOMS...GO TO LYMAN STATE PARK FOR$30 and camp right on the beach with full showers tables etc.

A well maintained RV park.
The RV spots are spacious . Sites do not come with picnic tables.
Restrooms and showers are available but could use some serious updating. Dim lighting, no soap or paper towels, electrical outlet did not work for shaving. There is a digital code entry pad, but the hours are only from 9-9. The laundry room was clean. Wash and dry pricing is very reasonable. There is no change machine, but change was available in the office.
There is a very nice community firepit, cabana, and picnic area currently being constructed.
There is no cable for TV but Wi-Fi is available.
We enjoyed our stay here and will likely return in the future. It is the nicest park in St John's with mature trees and shade.

I had a wonderful week staying at the RV resort. Bathrooms were clean, laundry rooms were amazing and the staff were exceptional. I am making this a yearly trip and this is definitely the place to stay with your RV.

Great place to stay! Staff is exceptional. Facilities are always clean. Lots are huge. If you want a quiet place off the beaten path, this is it.

This park is the quietest park i have ever stayed. staff very helpful. one mile from town. There is limited TV, no reception via antenna. Very enjoyable stay.

Just wanted to say that management knows how to deal with customers, I felt appreciated and for that I would recommend this camp site.

On my last visit the gentleman on site assisting visitors was helpful and very respectful, thanks!!!
