Nice cosy atmosphere. Great service. Proves you don’t need a high end selection of wines and beers to have a good time. Great location for having a good conversation with a drink and tapas

Just recently moved to Harrison. And wanted to check out the local wine bar. We have been traveling for 5 years and decided to call Harrison home. The building has a nice feel about it and lots of room. The servers are very friendly. The wine selection is average and the ones they do have are great. Now for the down side. I say this because I am sure covid might have a role to play. The selection was limited. No cheese & crackers. And out of certain foods. Had a person singing with a guitar and was pretty good. But he definitely needed a microphone because when he was trying to over come the noise level he was as good then. Over all we will come back and hopefully they will have cheese platters.

Cute place. Iced Coffee wasn't bad. The lady only came to our table once while I was there. I almost walked out without paying because I had forgot I hadn't paid since she hadn't been to our table for basically the entire time we were there. I had to go to her in the back to ask to pay. Other than that it's a nice coffee spot

The only place to have the best time! What a fantastic group of people! Made friends with the staff and everyone in there. Great food and great drinks all the way from the wine and coffee down to the homemade salsa. 10/10 would recommend!

Tonight was our girls night out. We had dinner and a show at the Lyric planned tonight. We three ladies arrived at the Pour House at 5:30pm and explained to our server we had to be at the Lyric for tonight's performance. We ordered the same entree Shrimp Tacos. Our drinks were one glass of wine, sweet tea (my tea was not sweet) and a Sprite. We were not checked on or offered drink refills. Several (four to be exact) employees walked passed us to go outside for breaks. Not one single employee asked us how we were doing, if we needed anything or informed us how our food was progressing. We were the ONLY table in house.
It was not until after 6 pm that we got our food. Our taco shells were cold and not "cooked". One of the ladies asked for a glass of water to go with her wine. They did not offer to refill our other drinks. Two different servers brought us our food. Neither one ask how our evening was. We were brought three glasses of water. I took the water because my "tea" was empty.
No one came to see how our food was. If they had we could have told them that our taco shells were cold and rubbery. No one came back to our table until close to 6:30 to bring us our checks. She didn't ask how our dinner was. We had to tell the server we were unhappy with our meal. She was shocked. "Everyone loves our Shrimp Tacos. I'll let them know" No apology was given for our dissatisfaction.
She took over ten minutes to come back to get our checks. Again no apology.
She returned with our checks and AGAIN no apology for the food.
Did we flag our server down? No, we were the ONLY table in the restaurant with FOUR employees.
We were sitting by the front door and they had to walk passed us to go on break.
I work in customer service. I know thing go wrong, but also believe in making things right. Customer Obsession. I firmly believe on giving a business a chance to make things right.
If they were slammed and short handed tonight would have been acceptable. But four employees to three guest?
THE POUR HOUSE, you dropped the ball.

Super good coffee and friendly service. I'm not a drinker but they have a very large selection of wines and beers. I ate a philly cheese steak here one night and was very happy with the flavor and fullness.

I really liked this place there was a lot of really nice atmosphere here. The only complaint I have about this is that there's not enough privacy so it leaves it really openI like that they have the back area I would like to see a little bit more of how they have the back area set up. I've been in other coffee shops kind of like this and they usually have an upper deck. This would be a great contribution. The music was pretty nice and I have to say the food was very veryslow. It was probably the longest I've ever wait for one small thing. It took them close to an hour to get us a with cheese sauce so that's a little unfortunate. To me it wasn't a deal-breaker but I have to say there's not a whole lot here setting it aside from other stuff and the food choices are pretty slim. They really just need a little more
