I've called four different days to try to get flu/covid shots this year. Their posted hours do not reflect the fact that the nurse either leaves early or stops giving flu/covid shots after 3pm. The only reason to go to the Health Unit in Trumann was because it was much faster than the Health Unit in Jonesboro. But if the nurse is only available during school hours, there's no point.

Staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and great with my children. There has been a bit of a wait occasionally but that's understandable with limited staff.

It takes a long time just to get seen even when noone is here. They take thier time sitting around. There is no point in making an appt because you will sit thier on thier time not yours. We really need the main people to come amd evealuate for one week to see if or gets any better

The wait is forever although we checked in way before an appointment time. Had to wait outside in the car seeing they let other people just pull in come in inside. Dont recommended this place if you dont have time like half of a day to wait.

It takes over 2 hours to be seen we had to leave and reschedule with Jonesboro. It is short staffed here badly and if it cant have the proper staff at this facility why is it open?

Nice people. We really liked Liz. She was a sweetheart. They did their jobs what more can you ask of the health department.

This is the worst place to come too! It's always over an hour wait even with an appointment. You could be the only one in the lobby and you will wait an hour. Avoid coming here if possible!
