I went in (first time customer) to get a lash lift and tint from Bella Green, she was nice, however I left with just a lash tint, which costs $15, and no lift on my lashes (I’ve had this service provided many times over the years from different estheticians and never had a failed lash lift) but after a service that cost $75 with a $25 offered discount, I left having paid $50 for a service that should have cost $15 according to her listed prices. I felt uncomfortable asking for a proper discount at the time of checkout, but as the day went by I realized how badly done and disappointing the service of the lash lift actually was for the price, combined with the fact I was really wanting a nice lift for a special travel trip and now can’t get it redone for awhile without the possibility of damaging my lashes since the perm was applied. I called back, left a voicemail asking to speak about the service, and received a call back being told there’s a no refund policy from Bella. That’s understandable to uphold, but at the same time I feel like failed service due to the esthetician making a mistake (she said she may have used the wrong shield) shouldn’t have to be paid for when I was more than happy to pay for the lash tint with a tip. She did apologize for not being able to give me a resolution to the issue but it was still a vey disappointing experience.

I usually visit LOVE every two weeks to see Bella! She does a fantastic job with my lashes and brow wax/tint. I am always looking forward to our visit and I will honestly say that she was probably the one who got me interested in the esthetics field myself. I'm located 30 mins away but never mind the drive because I know she is going to do me right every time!

Leigh, the shop owner, is wonderful at her craft as well as owning a business. Her customer service skills are something I aspire to have one day. I originally came to her for a color correction (shown in pics). She put every bit of love into it and the second pic is a few days after. I’m the type of person to come once every 6 months to a year because of many reasons but one being it feels like a task to me rather than an enjoyable experience. Since my first time, I’ve scheduled consistent appointments and see her every two months. I look forward to coming not only because she understands what I want and puts her heart into giving me everything I want and more, but also because she and all of the artists that work along side her have the most beautiful souls. “Love” salon is the best name for this business. Your hair, heart and soul will feel all the love and you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated in every way.

Sav, a hair colorist and Cosmo to the GAWDS, needs not a singular Pinterest pic, her eye and vision are dare I say, visionary! Every time I go to see Sav, whether it be for a tone touch up, a shampoo and conditioner (y’all just gotta experience it to know), a partial highlight, full foil, or just a pop of fun color just because!!! Sav kills it every time. Having not having a set hair stylist, I was skeptical (I’m a brunette but a blonde wannabe) and I can confidently say that I get excited to go in and just let Sav do her thing. I get so many compliments on my hair, from the color and tone of my highlights, the placements of color, and my bangin’ bangs. And I keep my hair up almost everyday. Y’all run do not walk to Sav’s books!!

This is been an amazing experience, I came in with bad damage due to me using 2 blonde box dyes the day before ft (pic 1)and I wanted to go back to what I had before which was a dark root balayage. Destiny was my hair stylist and she was amazing! Due to the box dye completed turning my hair yellow on top it didn’t come out to brown which is my fault. Ft (pic 2) So she told me to come in a few days later to touch it up for free. So grateful for this experience with destiny and getting my hair done before my first born!
