It’s good to have a tobacco store near my home that I can go to that has a walk in humidor. Selection it good and prices are comparable with websites that I’ve ordered from. This place of business is where I discovered “Rough Rider Sweets”. Haha! This is my go to cigar now!! I love it! If you haven’t already check them out. Need these if you can get them.

Vuse is known for bad pods, I get that. And it is understandable when you tell a customer you can no longer check the pods or return bad ones. But don’t sell me a 4pk with seal broken that were clearly opened/checked because 2 of them were already cut! Refused to give me a refund or exchange.

Get the receipt printer fixed in store front counter. Spend the money to assure customer has recourse. No excuse. Poor ownership. Patrons should have received a receipt for months

Love this place. Everyone is always so great up there love going here, they should sping the extra $$ for 2 employees per shift because they make one person work both the front and drive thru which can be an absolute cluster af ? amd really hard on the workers who are already husling so much to provide great service, other than that, its a great place! But really, quit working those great people to the bone!

Have been going here for about a year. Apparently the employees are thieves and the owner doesn’t care enough about the store to offer either a website, phone number, or email for any kind of customer assistance.

Prices are normal and employee attitude is what you’d expect from an establishment this size.

I buy White Owl cigarillos exclusively for the points you can accrue on the back; the last 6 packs of purchased goods have already been claimed. I don’t appreciate buying a product and having the extra points already claimed by an employee who probably doesn’t even smoke the cigars to begin with. Very disappointed.

Tried to approach the manager and she didn’t seem to care.

The folks at Smokes are always very nice, even when the window and counter are both busy! Great selection of tobacco products to choose from, and a pretty decent collection of incense and incense holders. Definitely worth the visit!
