I definitely would leave 0 stars if I could! Me and my friend were here at owl club about 2 weeks ago on a typical Saturday night and we never felt more disgusted by the service at the bar!!! Specifically by only two employees there! We don’t know there names but one of them is a woman and a male. While waiting at the bar for about 15 minutes or so and the bar was pretty empty at that time, these two employees kept walking past us ignoring us while we have been waiting for a good while now and while we are still waiting to order a drink we saw other customers approach the bar after us and these two employees assisted them right away and that’s when I had asked the woman bartender, “excuse me, we have been waiting here for awhile now, so can you please help us out” and her response was I am not serving any drinks right now, while I see her making a customer’s drink the same time she told me that with a attitude she clearly lied to me and was very disrespectful and very unprofessional… we have been regulars here at this bar for years now and never felt so disrespected by bartenders! She than approached us and said we can refuse service to anyone who doesn’t tip and she called us rude while rolling her eyes at us, she said because we didn’t tip last time. We won’t tip with poor service especially the fact that her and that guy bartender ignored us last time too. We tip based off good service and respect! We were ignored we were disrespected and for what!? A tip that is not required especially by poor service and treatment twice!!! WE NEVER FELT MORE DISCRIMINATED!!! That night we decided to leave that bar and we just hope nobody gets this treatment that we did for absolutely no reason!!! You both know who you are and are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! you shouldn’t treat your customers so bad!!!! I also hope your manager can take this very seriously!

Out of all the bars in the Roseville downtown area, Owl Club is far and above the best. We always get great service from the staff who now know us by name. Early in the evening, before the DJ arrives is the perfect time to grab a drink and play some cornhole with a friend. When the DJ arrives, the party starts and they generally have great taste in music. The patio is very nice, with turf, string lights, and sometimes themed for whatever holiday is going on at the time. Overall, a great experience. We love Owl!

Came here last night with a group of friends and we never experienced the worst customer service at the bar! Very rude bartenders, we wont be coming back here again they overcharge you on drinks and try to blame the customer for it which is a scam and is very GREEDY!

Got kicked out once, which was entirely my fault. But every time I go, I have amazing conversations with people of many different ages and backgrounds. I’ve never not had a good conversation with the patrons of this bar. Guaranteed a good time if you’re the type who likes to converse. You can dance too, if you want. (Not me).
