This is a perfect place to walk, run, or bike. The pathways along the harbor have you engaged with boats and great looking landscapes along the way...occasionally you'll see some sea animals.

This is the access point to a 20,000,000 acre backyard. Paddle board, kayak, fish, swim, surf, hike, or anything you like to do around water. The crowds are very manageable in spite of the awesome location. On Sunday they have a farmers market that can get busy but the incredible local strawberries are worth it. The ocean is filled with sea life as well. the pic is of a harbor seal that couldn't stay off of my SUP . I'd scare him off and a minute later he'd hop right back up and in a few seconds back to sleep he went. Great place to visit for sure. Hotels, restaurants are plenty and it is a great break from the LA crowd and heat.

One of my favorite places in Ventura county.
Plenty of parking, good restaurants and cafes.
It's an excellent option for walking or hanging out with kids (riding a scooter or walking). Additionally, the farmers market on Sundays mornings are amazing and highly recommend.

I'm not a yachtsman so I don't know how such an individual would rate a harbor's facilities but a general visitor to the Channel Islands Harbor will be pleased that they can take boat cruises of the area or rent a boat of their own if they didn't wish to jet ski, go kayaking, fishing, or whale watching. There are bicycles and four wheel surreys for those staying in land. I'm not sure about the dining options there but it seems a beautiful and fun place to spend some time.

A great destination with many things to do besides boating. Great parks, walking trails, shopping and dining all surround the main channels of the Harbor, with more to discover on many side channels.

Wonderful place to kayak, SUP, or charter a fishing trip. Several rental places and lots of charters available. You'll see sea lions, pelicans, cormorants, and other marine life, and there's even a small museum.

One of the best places to beat the heat and enjoy a fine day and a great meal and drink.

The park is amazing. Lots of space to fly kite and play soccer. The play ground is perfect. The elotero man was selling some amazing corn and churros. There are barbeque areas to bring the family. It has several restrooms around park. You can bring your bicycle and have lots of fun.
