THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. One of the only spots to carry Nic Nac natural nicotine lozenges. Neal, the owner, is such a kind, caring guy. If you need anything smoking+ related, don’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service! I came in for a new torch after trying another local smoke shop who sold me 2 broken torches! I expressed my concern and the man working let me test out multiple torches and then threw in a can of butane fluid for my troubles! So nice and thoughtful, will be coming back thank you.

Agoura Hills Cigar & Tobacco is THEE best & by far most friendly smoke/vape shop in Agoura. Huge selections & reasonable pricing on disposable vapes, e-juices & nic-salts, devices, CBD, kratom supplements, beautifully displayed & well taken care of cigar room, pipes, hats, sport merchandise, etc., etc., etc.,! So yes Agoura Cigar & Tobacco is the only this shop I ever go to & needs to be here to stay so please support! The gentleman (which is hard to find nowadays) is so helpful & kind/respectful & is always good for some friendly conversation ...SOOOO much better than puffy smoke where the owner literally hits on you(all women anyhow) ;/ & wants a hug (EWWW) or yells at his customers because he cannot understand what they are asking him!:/ & that is NO excuse...I mean the customer is supposed to be right eh...? Lol... well, some shop owners apparently do not follow that concept whatsoever & it is honestly shocking... especially in my beautiful classy home town of Agoura Hills where at every other shop, market, drug store etc, everybody welcomes you with a smile & knows your name:) ...
So if you don't know the area & are deciding between the two smoke shops on google maps, pick AH C & T for a hands down better experience & better pricing! What could be better:)
