El hotel como todos los hoteles Aloft tiene un diseño bastante diferente y alternativo. El servicio al cliente fue bueno, los recepcionistas fueron muy amables.
Con respecto a la habitación, fue muy cómoda. No de un gran tamaño pero bastante bien.
La razón por la que les pongo 4 estrellas es porque la alberca estaba cerrada porque según los letreros que tenían en las puertas decían que no tenían permiso. De ahí en más, todo excelente.

This hotel was really nice. Was in town for a couple of days and decided to stay here with my daughter and girlfriend. The hotel room was really comfortable and the beds were really comfortable!! My kid loved the swimming area, because she could keep cool in the extreme heat of Arizona in the summer! I enjoyed the complimentary internet that allowed me to connect and check emails and talk to friends easily. The parking fee was not bad, and we were close to Dave and Busters which is always a good place to go to. The shower was amazing and the shower head had the perfect amount of power. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and they were always there with a smile when we came through the lobby. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place. The high ceiling was not needed. Showers were amazing. No fan for the bathroom. The bed was soft. The pool was semi heated but hey it's winter and you can swim. No hot tub was a disappointment. Had to ask for towels for the pool. They charge for parking but didn't tell you except on the parking ticket to put in the window. But it was a decent room. No microwave and small fridge with no freezer. Ice was on another floor and I was on the 1st floor. Didn't make sense but ok. Lots of usb ports and lighting.

Room small. Filthy carpet. One sink. No microwave. Bar had no Crown Royal, ran out of Titos and off brand nasty brandy. One real small bar of soap. One cup coffee maker with awful brand of coffee. One bottle of water. Furniture not comfortable. Nice location, and service not bad. Great pillows.

Check-in was staffed by friendly, knowledgable employees. Asia was especially helpful- please give her a gold star. Great location for seeing concerts, games etc at Diamond Desert or State Farm Arena. Good spaces for walking, gym was well equipped, pool well-maintained. Beautiful lounging spaces and bar in the lobby with lots of games, pool table, Jenga and TVs. Lots of eating and shopping walkable from the hotel. Would definately stay again.

I made a reservation and the lady upfront said I had to be 21 after I arrived after making my reservation over the phone! This lady then shared if I came with someone 21 or older I could then stay! The reason given was because I wasn’t 21 because theirs an open bar! My question is how can a younger adult stay with a 21 year old and somehow they’re still allowed at this hotel but can’t get a room alone because of this so called open bar! They then state 10-12 days to get an incidental back which is far above the standard 5! Then they have the audacity to charge a $150 incidental fee with that ridiculous time frame! Stay away from this hotel! In every review the owner continuously says he cares about his clients but never offers them anything in return for their horrible stays I was willing to give this hotel a chance but after the attitude and inconvenience no way!
