Solid little Admirals club. Good food and great free beverage list for members. The large comfy half egg chairs are great for a nap or to tune out the airport buzz and escape before boarding. The bartender could have been more positive, but we all have bad days. Food was tasty, healthy, and either free or relatively cheap. I had the pizza with a salad and both were so large it could have easily fed 2-3 people.

First of all, I believe the 3.8 star rating is outdated. The experience I had was perfect for a lounge, very welcoming staff, and friendly service. The food was also great, comparable or better than some of the restaurants in the airport. They honor their stated military policy, allowing military members with an upcoming American flight free access if they're in uniform.

Overall, 10/10 experience.

I was worried when I saw the 3.8/5 rating but it seems like it was historical. Visited in October 2023 and discovered this lounge was recently renovated with attractive interior, pleasing food options and several different seating areas. Everything was fresh, clean and new. Excellent coffee.

We just left the DIA admirals club (12/14/24) and this review is for the entire lounge but mostly the concierge Gina.
We have our two younger kids with us. The food was awesome. A great selection and really tasty. Everyone was friendly and kind. The kids room is a perfect bonus to keep the kids occupied. The lounge was clean and constantly being maintained by the staff.
Well we ended up sitting our first plane for an hour before having to get off for a mechanical issue. We went back to the club and Gina was already rebooking us onto a later flight and waiting for us to come back to the lounge. Not only did she get us another flight and connection, she got us a hotel and shuttle booked since we would have to stay overnight in Dallas. She also kept checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed before we left, including seats together with the kids on a full flight, etc.
She truly is a delight and one of those rare people who have the gift of amazing hospitality and customer service. Thank you Gina, we can't wait to come back and see you for our next flight.

Unexpectedly Terrific!! What What what?!? Freshly remodeled or more likely brand new. Not over crowed, and very polite staff. Absolutely recommend a visit here while in Denver.

I've never needed to use the attendants at the lounge until today. Our flight to cancun was canceled, but we headed back to the lounge to see if they could help instead of waiting in line at the gate agent. To my surpise, I walked in and Gina took my name and told me she had already booked me and my family on the next flight, along with getting us meal tickets and a shuttle and hotel for the night at our layover that we missed. The only issue was that she couldn't guarantee my children could sit next to us on the next flight, but she worked on that detail for the next hour and by the time we left the lounge she had us sitting together. I'll never use another airline after this experience. Well worth the lounge price. THANK YOU GINA!!!! You made what could have been a horrible experience a great one.

American changes our flight giving us an awful layover. Now our international leg is the next day (just) so we can’t access the lounge today! No common sense or discretion from the desk staff.
Yet another reason not to fly American!!

What happened to the old American Airlines lounge? This new admirals lounge is awful. No food and no alcohol service until 7 AM. Nobody spoke English. What about people that take early flights? They didn’t even have orange juice. This is a no go for me and I will be using up my miles and going to American Express so I can use the Centurion lounge.
