I have been going to Amore since last year in April, Kassidy was the girl I went to and things were good for awhile but you can’t ask if something is wrong without “someone” getting offended. I had a few allergic reactions (my own fault) but out of curiosity wanted to ask if she used something else on my eye to make me react because I never have before she went into immediate defense mode.. Then I had a bubble in my eye after my appointment hurt pretty bad again I messaged her and she told me my eyes are closed for that reason it doesn’t happen.. okay no big thing but I still was concerned it went away after a few days. That’s totally fine. Just little things. They can change your appointment time the same day but god forbid you have an emergency you can’t or you will be charged half of your appointment. I get you have to make your money but it should be the same when you cancel on your customers, or change their times because we are making accommodations for you also. Recently I got my lashes filled and usually they are super full when I leave this time they weren’t and j just kept noticing them thinning out more and more then usual.. so I messaged Kassidy to ask mostly for advice and again defense mode. She tried to say I was arguing and sending her filtered videos when I was just trying to tell her what was going on and have her see what was happening. She made me feel very awkward and I never want to go back in there now because I just feel very uncomfortable and the way she handled it wasn’t professional at all.. I hate writing reviews especially bad ones but I was a loyal customer and I was always nice. I don’t complain.. this was the first time and for her to say I complained 3 times before that isn’t very nice because I was asking about injuries to my eye. Her as a aesthetician should be ready for those questions in this industry. So I’m giving 2 stars because I feel as if Kassidy could have handled the situation better.

Joiah, and her amazing team of lash artists, are amazing! They are true artists and my lashes always look natural but beautiful and lush at the same time. My family doesn't even realize I have lash extensions until I tell them. I highly recommend this lash lounge!

I had a great experience. It was my first time having a full set of lashes by Melonie. She was very professional. She went over the different choices I had and what was best for me. I will be going back. Melonie was great and did a fabulous job.

I've always worn strip lashes for the past 10 years. They were heavy and I couldn't wait to get home and take them off. Heidi at Amore Lash did such a beautiful job. I look so great I can't stop looking at my new lash extentions. They look and feel natural. Thanks Heidi.

They left me hanging with half of the eye lash extensions on and half off when I had to work late and missed my appt— I could not meet their banking hours do to my demanding job. So —when all the extensions finally came off , I had only stubbles left. They had cut my eyelashes and she never told me that was part of the process!!! I will say I have had to look like a freak with no eyelashes!! And they don’t grow back fast!! Very disappointed customer

Joiah, the owner, after I left an honest review about how they lied and canceled my appointment, responded to my review with outright lies. I have never been treated this way before by any establishment. I am a very loyal customer. I would not recommend this place to any person of color.
