Noah was an absolutely amazing leasing agent who went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met while searching for the perfect two-bedroom apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly exemplifies the definition of outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, due to some technical difficulties and time constraints—along with multiple parties being involved in the decision-making process—I had to move forward with a sister property. However, that in no way reflects Noah’s efforts. He was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend working with him!

In late January 2025, I moved out of my previous residence—a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. I had been waiting to move into a new build and, to do so, paid over $4,500 to break my lease with four months remaining on the contract. Despite my $500 deposit, I have yet to receive a move-out statement or any information on what happened to that money, even after a month of waiting.

I’ve made multiple calls and am repeatedly told that “Courtney will reach out,” but I have not heard back. Throughout the process, Noah has been the only friendly and helpful staff member. However, the rest of the experience has been negative. On the day I returned my keys, one of the managers yelled at me about only returning one parking sticker and threatened to charge $100 for the missing one—despite the fact that the sticker was for a car I had already traded in.

Overall, I would never recommend anyone to live there due to the poor customer service and unprofessional handling of my move-out process.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and support I experienced at Arabelle Lincoln Station. The way this property handles resident concerns, particularly in my case, is absolutely unacceptable.

My registered vehicle was taken to the dealership for maintenance, leaving me without a car for three days. Once the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle, I parked it in the complex’s lot. Unfortunately, their parking management app—which is required to update vehicle registration—was down due to the transition from Arabelle to Bell Property management.

Despite this, my loaner vehicle was booted without any prior notice or warning. When I went to the leasing office to resolve the issue, I provided all necessary documentation, including proof of my registered vehicle, confirmation of its maintenance at the dealership, and paperwork for the loaner vehicle. Yet, the staff refused to assist me in any way.

Rather than exercising common sense or understanding, the staff repeatedly cited “policy” and failed to offer a solution. Their rigid and dismissive attitude was infuriating. Policies should exist to provide structure, not to penalize residents who are clearly acting in good faith and who can verify their claims with valid documentation.

To add insult to injury, I was charged $165 to have the boot removed—despite the fact that this situation arose entirely due to circumstances outside of my control. Had the app been functional, I would have updated my vehicle information immediately.

The lack of accountability, empathy, and flexibility shown by the office during this situation reflects poorly on both the staff and management. Instead of addressing a genuine resident concern, they hid behind arbitrary policies and failed to resolve an issue that could have been easily prevented.

The management transition to Bell Property has only worsened matters, leading to confusion and a complete breakdown in communication. Residents deserve better than to be treated with indifference when facing unfair circumstances caused by management’s own failures.

I would not recommend living at Arabelle Lincoln Station to anyone who values professionalism, fairness, or quality customer service. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and an utter waste of time.

I love living here. The community is very clean and safe and the staff really do go above and beyond to help when they can. I recently went out of town for a few days and I received a notification that my package was left in front of my door. I reached out to the leasing office staff and Noah informed me that he would go grab my package and hold it for me until I got back from my trip. These gestures really go above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful, Noah also made the move in process for me flawless and smooth from the very beginning.

I also want to mention Juan in maintenance, when I first moved in, I had an issue with a lightbulb , I sent in a work order and within 15 mins, Juan was there to fix it. He was very kind and knowledgeable and I’ve never seen work orders get done this quickly.

I appreciate the staff and community at Arabelle!

Really nice place to be. Clean. Great gym and pool and hot tub. Safe. Those providing maintenance do an excellent job , Juan B was super friendly and came quickly when I had an issue. Noah at the front desk is very helpful, quick , and friendly as well. Happy to be here.

Juan and Chris from maintenance are incredible. I see them working hard everyday to keep the building and grounds in good condition. They were at my door the following morning after I submitted a request and quickly resolved my issue. Always friendly and eager to help residents. Very happy with our decision to move to Arabelle because of them.
