Armitage wines offers a truly outstanding experience. It is not just the great history of the estate which was formerly owned by Alfred Hitchcock, but the delicious and high quality wines that you can sample in this amazing setting. The current owners are very welcoming and attentive and especially dedicated to creating a great tasting experience for their guests. We spend a whole afternoon trying the different wines and I have to say it is rarely the case that I am as pleased with the sampling as I was at Armitage.

Next to this, the vineyard offers amazing views. Tucked away in the redwood trees you can see for miles while overlooking the grapes from the top of the estate. When the sun sets in the afternoon, it makes for an amazing play of light and shadows.

We truly loved visiting this place and will definitely come back. It is well worth a trip.

Armitage offers a truly great wine tasting experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly and their wine membership is very flexible which we really love. They have a great mix of reds and whites and phenomenal Pinot Noirs. They also have cheese and crackers and on occasion popcorn which is a very nice touch. So come say hi to Sarah she is a fantastic new addition to Armitage and you will love the experience.

My first wine tasting experience couldn’t have been any better thanks to Sarah and the cozy atmosphere of Armitage. You can expect delightfully bright reasonably priced local wines, friendly encounters with fellow patrons, and a quaint homey setting within the small store front filled with beautiful art pieces, laughter, and an infectious upbeat energy that will most likely have you coming back for more!

I had the pleasure of visiting this tasting room on my recent vacation to the Santa Cruz area and it definitely was a highlight. They have a great ambience and wonderful wines. Our sommelier Sarah, was delightful and knowledgeable of all the wines and we also had the pleasure of meeting one of the co-owners, Kelly - she's definitely a BB?

Armitage Tasting Room is one of my favorite places to visit. I took some girlfriends here to celebrate my birthday and had the best time. The wine is always amazing and Sarah the Somalia always gives the best experience. Health is wealth when drinking wine at Armitage and hanging out with Sarah.

Some of the most delicious wine we have tasted. Sarah in the tasting room is so great…her customer service attitude is so appreciated. The tasting room is so comfortable!
