Comfortably Amazing!
The Creamy Artichoke Spinich dip was a nice variation of exciting flavors with a smooth slightly tangy edge.
The Cesar salad was the best I have ever had, with enough parmigian and rich creamy dressing throughout the salad. The shrimp tacos were a nice mix of fresh veggies, mango, seasonings and shrimp! The mojitos are the best in Colorado, believe me, we have searched for decades for one this perfect! The seating and temperature was perfect for both me and my wife, and that never happens. Thank you Karina, and your team, for an excellent evening and for making "Aspen American" our new favorite place!

I really enjoy Aspen Grill.
I've tried a few different chicken dishes and each of them are wonderfully flavorful, Chicken Picata, Artichoke Chicken, Chicken Marsala...and the prices are decent.
I typically go home with a small portion of leftovers, which is nice for the $20-35 price point.
The atmosphere is quiet, cozy and beautiful.
Good weight service and it's nice they have military discount.

The food is beautiful and delicious. The steak was a little overcooked, but still delicious 😋 Next time, we will ask for medium and not medium well. Our waiter was so friendly and polite. The tirimisu was amaaaaazing!!! We also had the tomato caprese. We will absolutely be back!!!

A hidden gem in Colorado Springs. I stumbled upon this place not knowing what to expect, but the experience was great! Has the atmosphere of fine dining at affordable prices. The service was extremely friendly and laid back. If you're looking for a variety of meals with flavor, this is the spot. Definitely would share this place with friends and family. 5 stars all around

Went in on a Saturday evening and got seated immediately. The hostess wasn’t too friendly like other reviews have mentioned, I had to start the conversation first by saying hello and how many we have in our party. Chips and queso is amazing and Tuscan pasta was delicious too - big serving for the price. Our server, Susan, was AMAZING! Such an effortlessly kind person who was very attentive to us. One in our group didn’t touch her plate because she didn’t feel well after the day we had and they comped the whole entree. Thank you to the team for the great experience 😊

Went here for Mother's Day and we were seated quite quickly even though I was asked if I made reservations. We had a great waitress and she was also was personable which was nice too. We ordered our food but they got my order wrong. I ordered a carbonara pasta dish, however when it came out it was a red sauced pasta. My mom insisted that they got it wrong and our waitress was very helpful in coming back with the right dish within 5 minutes. Even the manager or advisor came by to check that the dish was corrected. My mom had a chicken sandwich which she liked a lot. The food was well proportioned and filling. We had good time here especially after experiencing the original restaurant "Flat Iron" years ago, which wasn't a good experience at all. We will be coming back with the rest of the family for sure!

Went back finally for my birthday celebration. The service was great and our server Jacob I believe was super nice and just really good at being our server tbh. Me and my mom had pasta which was really good. The chicken was well cooked and was not dry and it was juicy. And had their brownie ice cream dessert that was good too. We were talking about how macaroni grill seems to be completely out of business now which is the restaurant alongside Aspen Grill. And if we had a comparable restaurant to macaroni grill, which used to be our favorite, it would be this restaurant. Top-tier food and top-tier service. I would say the food in the alcoholic beverages are on the pricer side but I think it's well worth it if it's a special event or if you're going out for lunch, etc. If I had a choice, I would love to see this restaurant Try to make a rosemary bread Instead of plain bread rolls. Of course this is just something we were thinking about that night since we were comparing it to macaroni grill. Will be coming back soon.
