Sat outside, was a nice location. Food was good, had heard concerns about the burger, but mine was made exactly as I ordered. Fish and chips was a little salty.

I have been a fan of avenue pub downtown for many years and was so exited to try this new location. I was extremely disappointed and should’ve spent $45 worth of groceries instead of ordering at this specific location. I ordered two bacon burger meals. I was asked how I would like the burgers cooked and I stated well done but received two burgers that were closer to medium rare? The meat was flavor less and the portion of the fries were sad. Definitely wont be back. I recommend downtown location any day!

Plenty of inside outside seating. The food did not lose quality in opening of this new location. The Happy Hour $5 dollar burger and fries is the best deal in town. $4 pints as well 3-6pm. Check it out.

Very interesting restaurant. The food is good and the service was great during our visit. Had the chicken salad without the chicken without an issue and that was nice. My wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich.

Update 10/30/24
After nearly a year since our last visit to this location, we found the service improved but the menu falling short. The chicken club “sandwich” was fried so hard, you had to work to get to anything edible. A few favorites dropped off the menu. Not sure if they were cost-prohibitive or too difficult to cook, but there’s not much left on the menu that makes it different than anywhere else.

The food is great just like the downtown location. It has not been open long, but get ready to wait. We arrived at 11:09 AM for lunch at it was a 20 minute wait. There were a lot of empty tables, so I take it the wait was due to a lack of staff. The servers are still learning and the kitchen crew is slow as our total time at our table was barely under one hour, so start to finish lunch took just under one hour and 20 minutes. The atmosphere needs more character. For a restaurant in a neighborhood location they missed the mark by not making it a family friendly restaurant. The majority of the seating is for the two bars, or outside. The main dining area is minimal by comparison to the space allocated to the bars. There is not a kid’s menu, but if you ask, they have a grilled cheese or they will make the chicken tenders without the beer batter. Huge miss. I gave it 3 stars because the food is great, but they have a lot to fix, and I really hope they realize they are in a neighborhood area with lots of families that would like to dine there. I don’t know how they add more seating that is not in the bar, but they can at least add a kid’s menu. I hope they figure it out soon.

lol you ask me how I would like my burger cooked but give me a burger that’s pink in the inside. I mainly go to the location downtown but wanted to give the new avenue pub a shot and it was the worse experience because my food wasn’t even cooked all the way and that’s how people get sick. Shout out to the location down town though I love them!

The atmosphere was relaxing and nicely decorated. The food was okay. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was greasy. I will say the Thai nachos were pretty good, though.
