The base camp does not have rooms. It is your basic ski rental, lift ticket, slope food and drinks kind of place. Nice family mountain with lots of green and blue slopes. We had a beautiful stay.

We use to love coming here but done! It’s so ghetto how their dinky pool area under complete lock down and then make you pay 50 dollars as a family to use it. It’s pathetic! In the summer there is nothing to even do right at the resort and they charge you like it’s Aspen. 25 per adult/kid to ride their silly chair lift.

This is my 5th time in Granby. Staying at Base Camp one currently. Honestly it’s the most miserable place on the mountain. It’s dirty, dated ( which dosnt bother me), but no one’s working here. The staff isn’t helpful, the owners of the condos are even worse. I have never had worst vacation. We loved Granby but this has been so miserable I don’t know if we’ll come back. It’s so dirty, trash on floors, hasn’t been dusted in months. There is so much dust it looks as if there is black mold on the base boards.

We again stayed at Base Camp One condos for our annual ski vacation at Granby Ranch. You walk out the back entrance of Base Camp One and you are literally at the lift! The units on the back-side of the building are slope view, with views of the beginner slope/ski school, and the main lift. We LOVE having underground parking and the elevators! Most units have washer/dryers. The building is nicely kept up and very clean. We have always booked through VRBO with good results and pricing. This is really the best place that you can stay if skiing with kids. It is really nice not having to lug the kids stuff, back packs, skis, etc. All of the runs end at the same area, so you can sit on your balcony and watch for the kids coming back down from the run (no worries re the kids getting lost and ending up at a different part of the mountain). There is a large fire pit out the back overlooking the slopes, which we enjoyed every night. Highly recommend! We already booked for next year!

This was our second year staying at Base Camp One condos for our Granby ski vacation, and are already booked for next year! We stayed on a unit facing the ski slope. It was really nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the family skiing. The lift, ski school, lodge is literally steps from the front door! It was again very nice not to have to deal with driving, shuttles, etc. to get to the ski area (especially with kids and occasional skiers). The proximity allowed us to eat all of our meals/drinks at our condo. Very nice hanging out in the evening after a full day of skiing, enjoying the view, fireplace, family time, etc. The local grocery store is a couple miles down the mountain, so a car is helpful. Our condo was very nicely furnished and equipped. It also includes underground (heated) parking), one car per unit. It was sooo nice to get into a warm, snow/ice-free car!!! Highly recommend.

Doing window and door replacements in various condos in Granby Ranch. Clean facilities and helpful staff. Handicap parking but most units have several floors and are not really handicap accessible. They are making snow already getting ready for ski season.

Back doing more windows. The 3 units we were in were in nice shape. Be sure to have good tires as most all parking is sloped significantly

This was our first trip to Granby Ranch and our first time staying at Base Camp One. We booked our stay via Vacasa, and while their customer service prior to the trip through their 800 number was good there is not any support / customer service on site. This wasn’t an issue because our condo was it great condition, clean and we had everything we needed. ||The convenience and ease of staying at Base Camp One is the only way to go if you’re skiing at Granby Ranch. We have a young family and the simplicity of having everything within short walking distances was key!!

We stayed at Base Camp One for our annual Granby ski vacation. The condo is literally right on the slope! You walk out the front door to the lift, lodge, ski school, etc. You can sit on the balcony and watch your kids ski down the slope. The most convenient location that we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, however you could only access by walking outside (cannot get to it from any inside hallway/door). Indoor parking was a great plus. Will definitely stay here again!
