BEEZA’s Restaurant & Pub - Westcliffe, Colorado

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time this evening. The location in the middle of town was convenient, there was adequate, free parking diagonally on the street in front of the restaurant, the outside was nicely decorated, the inside of the restaurant was rather plain looking, but clean and had some interesting photos and paintings on the walls, no music was playing, there was no free WiFi, our server was nicely but I couldn't understand his heavily accented English, we wanted a table that would sit us closer to the floor, but the server wouldn't let us sit at either of the open tables with low seating because there were only two of us (rude and acceptable), the menu was limited but okay, our meals were tasty but quite expensive, and the restrooms were large and clean without any bad smell.

Every time I come here I have an amazing meal. Hand crafted without one morsel of institutional food. This is the best place in town. Tonight it's Gyoza appetizer then pork in broth with ramen noodles, bok choy, shitakes and an egg for dinner. Absolutely delicious!!!

Seriously the food could not be any better!! We ordered the edamame, pot stickers, a ramen bowl, and mango Thai. Flavors were out of this world!!! Seriously everything was so good!!

(The service honestly could’ve been better. We sat at the bar so it would have been easy to get help just odd that no one came back after we got our food.) Regardless the food alone is worth the 5 stars!!

The wait staff was nice enough, especially when the fried rice came out about 10 minutes after the rest of the meals. All of the proteins (steak and chicken) were way overcooked. The chicken on the fried rice was burnt to a crisp, and the same spices seemed to be on every meal. The amount of chopped garlic (the kind that comes premade/cut) overwhelmed the veggies to the point of being inedible. Not sure why this place is rated so highly. Maybe the chef had a night off? Won’t come back, even though everyone was nice enough. Not worth the $50 we paid for two of us.

It was just ok. I ordered the Chicken Ramen, and it was a broth, a cut-up grilled chicken breast and noodles(I think spaghetti, not real made noodles). It should have bok choy and an egg, according to the menu, but there was none. I love Ramen, but this wasn't close to what Ramen places serve. The pineapple rice was tasty, and the garlic edamame was delicious. I guess you just need to be picky on what you order. Maybe try a burger?

Comforting atmosphere, wonderful food with great ramen and yakisoba, welcoming staff and the chef brought us a pan seared tuna to taste! All the food was wonderful and I would love to go back next time I’m in town!! Perfect dinner spot for a evening in westcliffe!

Chef Yuta makes amazing burgers with love and passion!! Always smiling while he's working, you can tell his heart is in his food!
Can't wait to see the rest of the menu, this place is sure to be a welcome addition to Westcliffe!

We went twice during our short stay because every entree was incredible the first time, and the second was no different. Probably the best teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had. Enjoyed talking with the staff, they're all really cool. Favorite restaurant during our stay in Westcliffe.
