El hotel estaba muy viejo, desarreglado y estropeado. En comparación con otros Best western el nivel de calidad Es muy inferior. Necesita una reforma urgente. Los enchufes restaban rotos. Luces fundidas. La Moqueta olia a viejo. Habitación muy pequeña. No cabian ni las maletas.||||Nos ha hecho dudar seguir reservando hoteles de esta cadena.

We had an average experience here. I loved the location. Super convenient. But I felt like everything was dirty. Our room floor did not have carpet and left our socks dirty (and I killed a spider), the outdoor hallways had dried leaves everywhere that could have been easily swept up, and the breakfast room was messy. The employee running the breakfast was having a hard time keeping up. We had to ask for forks, plates, etc. each morning. The garbages were overflowing and the food options were not always there. The eggs were watery. The courtyard area looked kinda boring but I know that they have plans to renovate some stuff in 2025. I think a cool, colorful mural on the courtyard wall would brighten the area! 🤗 We couldn't get the TV to work in our room. An employee had to come get it working. The good qualities about the room was that it was big enough to accommodate my whole family. The reception area where you check in was also nice and clean and inviting.

I booked a room for Valentines day weekend days ahead of time with a jet tub room. We were just getting into town and they call me and tell me that they over booked my room. All they could offer me was a queen size bed. We couldn't find anything else because everything was already booked in town for Valentines day. So we ended up driving all the way back home in a blizzard. Thanks a lot.

Got a last minute reservation here when we left Mesa Verde. Was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. While this is an old style motel it has been modernized and offers enough amenities for a comfortable nights rest before flying out. The free breakfast bar was ample with all the normal breakfast foods…eggs sausage gravy biscuits etc. Definitely much more than just a continental breakfast of bread and pastries. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is not a luxury motel. But for the price it is EXCELLENT. Do not hesitate to book here if you’re looking for reasonable accommodations.
