Where to begin... Walking in to this place saw loads of people which seemed to indicate this would be an enjoyable experience. I ordered the burrito, my wife had pasta and daughter had mac and cheese. I know it was a busy Friday night but the food took longer to come out than we expected. Our waitress was pleasant and really hustled. Once the food arrived we reminded our waitress that we lacked silverware. My burrito was just warm and the chicken did not appear to be seasoned with a couple pieces being undercooked. My wife's side salad looked sad and we asked to have it removed from the bill. The mac and cheese was pasty and our daughter refused to eat it. Had to go get her a happy meal afterwards... The overall cost was too high for what I consider bar food. Will not be coming back.

Delicious food served quickly, friendly and attentive servers ( Thanks Sydney and Tara), great vibe. We were here for a week on business and visited 4 times and even DoorDashed it once! My colleague was on a very strict diet and the staff were very accommodating. We usually ordered the Atlantic Salmon blackened and occasionally the ribeye. Thank you for accommodating my friend and for a great dining experience! We’ll be back!

The food is always great! I love the ahi tuna, my husband loves the bourbon glazed salmon. Jasemin has been our server on more than one occasion and my family just enjoys her so much. She’s very attentive, has a great bubbly personality and she’s always sweet to our boys. We love this place and would highly recommend to others!

Me and my hubby decided to stop in and try your restaurant. My coworker mentioned it and said if you go....get Ashley as your server. So we did. It was a great experience. Ashley was very sweet and bubbly. Best smile!! She suggested I try the coastal combo and your fantastic fried pickles. Amazing choice!! We will definitely be back and spread the word about Big Whiskey's American Restaurant.

Baked potato was pretty good, asked for burger well done and it came still pink in the middle… and with the lettuce pictured. The rest of the family’s meal was okay-veggies added to kids burger also pictured with the tomato slice that was paper thin. Not sure that I’d give it another try. When we tried to call back to see if they would correct it or replace it-the phone rang and rang so I resolved to cooking the burger the rest of the way myself and eating it without lettuce. Edited to add-I tried calling with the phone ringing for a constant 15 minutes with no answer. Waited a bit longer without calling and then tried back just to see if I could get an answer. Surprise! They answered! I spoke with a manager about the issue and he did apologize and says they’re going to pull my ticket and refund the portion of the meal that was messed up and that he was going to speak with kitchen staff… will update if/when they refund.

Edited to add that we did get a refund for the burger that was messed up! Changed my review to 3/5 from 1/5 since there was still some issues but they resolved most of the problem.
